Office staff and installation crew was very professional and nice.
I can't remember when I saw better/clean air-condition units installation then this one.
I working like property manager for long time and this is exactly what I need from AC company.

I booked an appointment with plumbsmart for a tune up on my AC units several weeks ago. 4 days before my appointment they call me to tell me they will have to cancel my appointment because they had too many “high priority” calls they had to take care of and wouldn’t have time for mine. I explained that I had taken the day off work for this appointment and it was too for me to be added back on the schedule so I would now have to lose a day of pay. He apologized and offered to schedule me over 3 weeks out. He said he had a list of people he had to reschedule. If I had known they would do this I would have booked with a different company. You should warn your customers when they book that there is a possibility that they will get bumped for a “high priority” call and let us decide if we want to risk it. Let this be a warning that if you schedule routine maintenance with them, they will bump you if something better comes up - aka - a call that will be more profitable for them. It’s a shame this company doesn’t treat all of its customers as “high priority” customers. I have a total lack of respect for companies that play these games.

Had our kitchen counter top replaced, along with an upgraded sink and faucet, replaced. Our technician did an outstanding job, explaining the steps from start to finish. Completed in a time frame that was phenomenal. Cleaning up the counter, explaining care for our sink and faucet, and took away boxes, and debris.

PLUMBSMART is AMAZING!!!! 10 stars. I have lived in my new construction home for 2.5 years when my hot water heater started leaking. It was still under warranty so I call the company that did the installation for the builder so they could make a warranty claim with the manufacturer. When I called, the rep told me they were at least two weeks out before they could install, but they did tell me I could use any plumbing contractor for the installation since the installation was not covered under the warranty, only the hot water heater. Obviously, warranty work was not what they wanted to spend their time doing.

I then called PlumbSmart, my preferred plumbing and air conditioning company. As usual, PlumbSmart had a tech at my house within a few hours. The tech , Trenton, was super friendly and knowledgeable, he confirmed the hot water heater was under warranty, and he called the distributor to confirm they had it in stock. He went and picked it up and installed it the same day. I did have to pay for installation, which I knew, but the cost was very fair, particularly considering the level of speedy service I received. I never expected it all to happen the same day. I did expect to have to come out of pocket for the hot water heater until I got reimbursed, but that wasn’t the case. PlumbSmart handled the warranty claim flawlessly, and took care of everything.

What an amazing professionally ran and operated company.

I am also very pleased with the cost!!! When other plumbing companies would bill for an exorbitant amount this company didn't. I'll be using PlumbSmart for all my plumbing needs.
