Thomas, the AC Technician, was professional, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and detailed. He arrived at the scheduled time. He explained my options, informed me of the price of each service I was considering.
It was a very pleasant experience to be treated so nicely. Also, Thomas explained in detail what service he was going to start and complete.

PlumbSmart was great to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was easy- they had a tech out the next day. Michael came to clear the clogged drain today and he was delightful. Very kind and professional—our dogs loved him.

Bonus: they send you a picture of the employee who will be coming along with the ‘Michael is on his way’ reminder text. I’ve never had a service provider do this before but it’s very comforting to know exactly who will be showing up on your doorstep.

The invoice was also very detailed with a description of the problem, work provided, and photos.

Trevor has Ben to our home several times to help with inspections different plumbing problems. This last time was to install a garbage disposal. He also helped with a smaller issue in my moms bathroom which had not been scheduled. He has always been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional! A joy to work with. The scheduling team also does great work and are wonderful at communicating!

I needed a new AC unit before the summer heat hit, and after getting bids from 4 companies, I decided to go with PlumbSmart. They had the best prices and were so good about providing all the information I asked for without being pushy like so many other companies. They were able to get the work done within 10 days of providing the bid, which was considerably faster than some of the other companies. The 2 technicians, Julian and Travis, arrived right on time and were incredibly nice and professional and extremely thorough with their work. Before they left, they raked and swept the outdoor areas that they worked in and touched up the paint in the interior AC closet. I would highly, highly recommend using PlumbSmart.

AC went down on a hot day. I called in and technician was at my house within an hour. Jeffery diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and provided ample explanation. Oddly the part that was installed was faulty and broke that same night. I called and the technician came right out and replaced it quickly no charge. Price was very reasonable and excellent service. I know my unit is old and will need replaced soon but there were no sales pitches. Will definitely use this company for future needs.

Great experience with these guys on a rush job for a water leak at my house. They did a nice job explaining what they were doing. The price was reasonable and the work was good. I would definitely recommend using them again.

We called PlumbSmart out an estimate because our AC needed to be replaced. The sales guy was knowledgeable and recommended a great system at a fair price. It turned out it wasn't actually available so the install got pushed back and we kept getting an answer every week of maybe next week, so that was a little frustrating. They were nice and brought out a portable unit which did help cool the living room, but was a huge hassle. When the unit finally arrived, Eric the installer was prompt, prepared, and did a fantastic job. He helped me set up the new thermostat and explained how this system would differ from the old one. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Though I started to get real upset getting strung along each week after awhile, I'll chalk that up to distribution issues and I'd use them again.
