A company representative responded to my emergency call immediately, sent a technician for evaluation and estimate on the same day, and it was Sunday! I was given a detailed report about condition of the AC unit and offered a solution to the problem. Our communication was very easy, sending and receiving documents did not take hours, but minutes. Fast forward to this year. Thursday of last week one of our AC units was making a horrible noise, I reached out to Valleywide Cooling at 10pm via their website and they had someone on site by 6am the next day. Tremendous customer service!!
They told me the unit needed to be replaced and they happened to have a unit available and could have it installed on the following Monday. Again superb service.
The two technicians were here today and they were so great. They showed up first thing in the morning and they let me know what to expect throughout the day and what they would need from me.
The furnace went into the attic while the old AC unit was taken apart and removed from the back yard. The technicians were super courteous and respected our home throughout the process. Laying down drop clothes where needed and vacuuming upon completion. The unit and furnace were installed and working by 2:30-3:00pm and we couldn't be happier. We will actually be able to sleep in our bedroom tonight!
We would recommend anyone use Valleywide Cooling for their HVAC needs, they are prompt, courteous and affordable. We were lucky to find them and although we don't want to have to call to get our AC units fixed we know when we do there is no one else we would turn to but them. The technician called that morning to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He knew by the description of my inquiry what was needed, so he had the part with him. He fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes. My AC is running so efficiently that I actually turned the temperature up a degree. I'm very pleased all around and will likely get a maintenance contract going.
Valleywide Cooling was assigned to us through our home warranty company when our A/C unit went out. They called within 30 minutes of our submitting the work request and were out early the next day. Valleywide had to do a lot of back and forth communication with the warranty company for various approvals. They stayed on top of it constantly and kept in communication with us. The warranty company we have does not allow Valleywide to order parts, and it was going to be sometime in July to get what was needed. So, we cancelled our warranty claim in order to arrange for it ourselves. Ultimately we didn’t use Valleywide for the actual repair, only because they would have had to order the part and there was another company that had it available and could get it installed that day. We had already been without A/C for more than a week and had our grandkids with us. Valleywide was completely understanding and supportive of this decision. They even waived their service fee for coming out because they knew we had had such a difficult time with the warranty company and needed the repairs done immediately. This is customer service at its finest. They did a great job diagnosing the problems with the A/C system, and we have no doubt that had we been able to use them they would have repaired our system with professionalism and expertise.
