Found leak in my evaporator coil...removed.. replaced...all good now.had three estimates..valley saved me hundreds over their competitors.........always check the price of the refrigerant ...varies in price a lot

Super professional and quick! When the AC goes down during those mighty hot summer days, you need to call the pros who are fast. Valleywide delivers! Their service tech, Jimmy, is outstanding. Not only is he honest, fast, and very skilled at his job, but his New York accent is simply a delight to listen to. He really should read poetry as a side gig. ;)

Even though my repair was needed on a holiday, Jimmy, my tech, was at my house very shortly after speaking with the very friendly receptionist, Margaret's. I am so impressed with the level of service and competency shown to me. Every superlative applies, total respect, ability, efficiency, reasonable price and quality was exhibited. I highly recommend Valleywide Cooling because, in Arizona, a fantastic air conditioning company is worth a million dollars!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Valleywide Cooling and their team was in our time of need. Our A/C unit was not working, they were notified by our home warranty to evaluate the unit. Margaret was extremely helpful, Shad was on time and diagnosed the problem perfectly! It took two weeks for the warranty company to approve the diagnosis and send the part. Margaret worked us in immediately for the install when the part came in! Truly a 5 Star company!!! We will recommend them and use them again. THANK YOU VALLEYWIDE COOLING! A BIG HUG TO MARGARET

Jimmy was a phenomenal resource and expert when we had conflicting opinions between our home warranty company and our previous repair provider. He came in as a third party opinion, impressed us with his knowledge, diagnosed our problem and solved it the same day. He went out of his way to physically go to Trane to get one of our A/C unit's parts under warranty. While the other unit was out of warranty, he provided a programmatic repair plan that fit our budget and got us up and running! He kept us informed throughout the day and even came by to help his tech complete the job more expediently so we could be cool by bedtime. :)

Our AC went out the other day and they came the same morning that I called them and fixed it. The office person was great to work with and kept me informed the entire time. She even called me to let me know when the serviceperson was in route to my place. They had the part in their truck and fixed it right away. I will definitely use them again!

AC died at the beginning of the hottest week we've had so far (115+ all week - hit over 100 in the house even with 4 portable AC units).

These guys are great. Fast response time. Great price. Jimmy came out and they were able to install my AC less than week after I requested the service (first company I contacted said that they couldn't install it till July 9th!). The two man installation crew were very polite and efficient. Margaret in the office was very patient and helpful. All of them took the time to explain things to me even though I knew they had other customers to help.

I strongly recommend Valleywide Cooling and would definitely use them again if (god forbid) my AC breaks down again!

I just purchased a home in Gilbert at the end of 2021 and wanted to get a new HVAC system installed prior to it heating up. I called 4-5 places and even had 3 different companies out for bids and generally ended up more confused than when i started as the bids ranged drastically for seemingly similar equipment and everyone had a different opinion on what I needed. I then finally called Valleywide due to their reputation on Google and it was a much different experience. The technician Jimmy was excellent to work with as he walked me through all kinds of options and was thorough in making sure i understood everything so i could make an informed decision. The installation crew also did a great job and were very respectful in making that whole process seamless. The operations manager, margaret, was fantastic to work with as she communicated with me throughout the project on scheduling and more importantly continued to follow up to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. 5 Stats for the whole team, would absolutely recommend
