Valleywide Cooling

Margaret is the most wonderful, forgiving person. I have a home warranty that I am not pleased with and Valleywide is the HVAC contractor with them. Poor Margaret got an ear full, because of my frustration. I called her directly to apologize and she has been wonderful throughout my painful process of dealing with the home warranty people. After I found out that only one of my units is covered, (I have 2 a/c units on my house), I called Valleywide to fix the second unit. What a wonderful man Jimmy is!! He serviced the unit and got it running. Immediately the house got cooler! Jimmy let my dogs follow him wherever he went and even took a picture of my golden retriever trying to help.
I HIGHLY recommend Valleywide to anyone who needs a cooling or heating company. I will most likely need to get a new a/c system next year and Valleywide has my business for life!! Thank you Margaret, Jimmy and David!! I would be crying in a puddle of sweat if it weren't for all of you!!! Especially you, Margaret! Thank you! Thank you! God always blesses me with the best people!

Mike and the whole team went the extra mile for us as we had 2 AC units go out, and our house was mostly uninhabitable. Response time was faster than fast, and during our issues we were made to feel we were their top priority. Mike spent time making sure we had all the facts and could make the decision that was best for us. Once the decision was made, the team worked seamlessly to acquire and install what was needed as professionally as anyone could possibly expect. This is the best experience I've ever had with an AC company. They came out quickly to assess the issue and they had the entire unit replaced the next day. It was a very old r22 unit so it was time. The installers were great and very professional. They explained what was going on and let me know progress regularly. The dispatch person called me later to check up on us. I felt like family. Would recommend 100%

The Valleywide Cooling, LLC salesman helped isolated the cause of my old failing R-22 refrigeration system. He offered several options for replacement. After we agreed upon size and features he spent a fair amount of time to locate a replacement system. The day after that, the installation team showed up and removed my old outside compressor package and old heater and air handler placing them near the street. About 30 minutes later a truck came by and removed all discarded items, and a few minutes later another truck dropped off all of the new components. The two person installation team began the placement and hook-up of all the new components. About 5 hours later my home was being cooled by the new R-410A system. The installation team confirmed proper operation of both the new cooling as well as the new heating system . Although the installation is definitely a custom install the team worked well together to make the install go smoothly and in the shortest amount of time. I would certainly recommend Valleywide Cooling, LLC for anyone looking for a new replacement system or any air condition repairs.

I have been thoroughly impressed with Valleywide from the start. Margaret has been so helpful in scheduling appointments timely, and the work performed by technicians has always been professional and high quality. I will continue to use Valleywide, and recommend them wholeheartedly!

They were quick to respond. Tired of getting ripped off ( they see female and figure easy target), and Valleywide was a nice change. No BS, no rip off. Tell me ahead of time what I need and the cost and no "add on" stuff and I'm happy. They follow up the next day. Nice. Thanks for good service.

I rarely submit reviews because good customer service seems impossible to find these days. But I’m making an exception this time. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, professional AC company look no further. Jim confirmed he was on his way, showed up in a branded vehicle and was pleasant and professional. I wanted to get a tune-up on my unit since I hadn’t done that before. Being a woman and knowing nothing about these units (especially with it being on my roof) I was nervous about perhaps being asked to purchase additional parts or being told I needed a new unit. Jim completed the tune up and showed me pictures of what he had done and even gave me some tips on programming my thermostat. The gal who scheduled me was also a gem, ensuring me to call back if I had questions. They charged me exactly what was quoted and not a penny more. When it’s time for a new unit I will definitely contact Valleywide Cooling.

From the beginning I felt comfortable with Margaret who called me about a repair I requested. On a weekend day, the techs arrived quickly and fixed the problem in one of our units. They ordered additional Parts for the other unit which was not functioning properly. Pete was awesome and friendly. Both units working perfect now. I wish I would have used them in the past for all HVAC needs. Definitely 5 star work and highly recommended!!!

On an extremely hot July Phoenix afternoon (116 degrees) our home A/C went down out of the blue. My family spent a long hot night in a home that was unbearable due to the heat. The next morning I called Margaret at Valleywide Cooling and by 1:30pm the A/C tech was at our house working on our A/C unit. Jimmy was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When Jimmy arrived the temperature in the house was 92 degrees and after a twenty minute visit, the A/C was back up and running and the house was returning to a comfortable temperature. I highly recommend Valleywide and give 5 stars to Margaret & Jimmy for their customer service!! Call Valleywide… you will not be disappointed.

Our ac/heat pump has not been working properly and has been “repaired” a few times. We had no heat and after checking Homeadvisor and BBB called Valleywide Cooling. Margaret spoke with my husband and had him speak to the manager Jim to answer his questions. My husband felt he understood the problem and we had them come out for a consult. Pete and Dave came out, on time, even called to let us know they were on their way. With Pete’s experience, he identified and said he could fix it. Parts were ordered, thankfully were covered under our initial warranty, and follow up was scheduled. Pete took the time to explain what the problems were and what had previously been done to get us up and running. Our unit is now working. Margaret called a few days later to follow up and see if we were satisfied. We are highly satisfied and highly recommend them.
