Valley Services came to our Ahwatukee home the morning after I made the call to them. They came at the promised time , identified and fixed the problem quickly. I’m satisfied with the work that was done quickly, in about 20 minutes.

I was charged an hourly flat rate that was $80 more than what the dispatcher told me . I was not aware that the service person was an independent contractor who sets their own hourly rate. My error for not asking ahead of time. So when you call them—and I do recommend them—be sure to find out what your final costs will be.

Our AC went down at the worst possible time. It was Sunday and we have a sick family member. Valley Services came out within an hour. Unfortunately, our system was beyond repair ( not really surprised about that, 17 years old ). We had portable unit set up right away to make sick family comfortable and new system was put in within 24 hours. Now that's service. It is not often these days that you work with a company that cares. Excellent customer service, technician was knowledgeable, friendly and caring company. We will always from now on use Valley Services for all of our needs. We highly recommended!

I wanted to add a soft start system to my A/C unit. This was the only company that looked into the product and was able to get it installed. I called about 10-12 different companies in the valley and they all wanted to install a hard start system. They had no idea what I was referring to when I asked for a soft start system. Valley Services went above and beyond to find the correct part and get it installed. I will never use anyone else when I have an issue with my system. Best experience ever!

Response was acceptable but a 3-hour window to arrive should be shorter. He as friendly and fixed our washer after the washer part came in over the weekend. Would've been more impressed had he had shop towels instead of having to ask for a towel to mop up water. Will certainly consider using Valley Services again.

I called Valley Services around 8:15 on a Saturday morning, was given a same day service time between noon and 3:00. Judy sent a text that she was on her way a little after 11 and she was here and done with the job by 12:30. Based on the information I gave on the phone, she was able to diagnose the issue and showed up with the part in hand. Awesome service! Definitely use them again!

Judy was the best technician, knew right away what was wrong, took a lot of time defrosting Ice built up, and came almost immediately after I called. No extra charge for working on a Sunday and gave good tips on maintenance of our 10 year old refrigerator. Spence Appliances said it was time for a new one!? Life of appliance is about 6 years! WHAT??

Valley Services misled me about their fees when I booked an appointment and now they won't stand by what they told me. I called the company last week to get my evaporative cooler repaired and was told they charge a $150 service fee for the tech to come out, but that the fee would apply to any repairs. This seemed reasonable, so I made an appointment to get my swamp cooler fixed. However, after the repairman fixed my unit, he presented a bill with the $150 "diagnostic fee" PLUS another $100 in repair charges. The company rep on the phone had given me the wrong information, and now Valley Services is refusing to stand by what they told me on the phone. They won't even call me back to resolve the issue like they promised they would, and now I have to chase them down! I asked specifically about this $150 fee when booking the appointment because the service fee is much higher than other companies'. I would never have hired Valley Services to come out and do work on my swamp cooler if they hadn't misled me about this service fee when I booked the appointment. So aggravating that the company won't stand by their word.

Jeromy, the technician, was very knowledgeable and immediately assessed the problem with our GE refrigerator ice maker. He fixed it within a matter of minutes and left everything spotless. He is one of the best appliance repair technicians I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Valley Services for your repair needs.
