We were having issues with our dishwasher and wouldn't complete a full cycle. Alex sat through an entire full wash to try to find out why. He was kind and courteous and we now have a working dishwasher.

Judy repaired our washer, she was great! Explained the issue and repaired it quickly. She also took the time to discuss other concerns we had around the home and offered information and quotes regarding those potential repairs. All staff we encountered while making appointment through finish were friendly and professional. Very prompt and give you updates on appointment via text and email. Reasonable prices and awesome service. Really great company! So happy we found them!

Judy was great! Very knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly nice! Definitely will request Judy and Valley Services not only for any refrigerator issues but also HVAC and anything else that comes up!

Wouldn’t recommend, the rep was very irritated after I said if she’d be able to remove my glass top stove . She wasn’t able to remove the small drawer beneath the stove and she wasn’t able to give me an accurate diagnosis. She was very un profesional and wouldn’t recommend at all .

Valley Services did a fantastic job repairing my washer. Judy went above and beyond what is expected for home services. She was professional, on time and got my washer back up and running the same day I called. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Valley Service is highly recommended to anyone.

Judy was incredible on the phone and answered all of my questions. Then scheduled Stephen to come out and take a look at the range. He was able to easily diagnose the problem.
They saved us thousands of dollars because we didn’t have to buy a new appliance. It was a relatively easy and inexpensive fix.

Great service. Came out on a Tuesday and diagnosed issue within 30 seconds. She said she would need to order parts and be back in a couple days. Fridge/freezer were keeping cold, just REALLY noisy. She said it would likely be ok until she got back out. It stopped keeping cool the next day. She came out that evening and was here late replacing the fan and leaky ice maker that ruined the fan. Great service, great follow up and great at keeping in contact/setting reliable time frames for visit/repair. She was even willing to take a couple minutes to discuss reliable appliance manufacturers for future purchases.

Have used this company several times. Very good customer service and very knowledgeable technicians Highly recommend.

Judy our service person was absolutely amazing! She arrived and went right to work and diagnosed the problem with our ice maker in about 2 minutes. Told us the price, when we could expect the repair to be completed, and asked if next day would work for us. SO accommodating. I would recommend this company any day to everyone. They are reasonable and really know their business .
Judy even took an extra minute to diagnose my broken washer, recommended a new one....:)

Alexander was our technician he was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. If we didn’t have our refrigerator under warranty still definitely would’ve had Valley Services repair it. In the future we know where to get our appliances repaired.
