I called at 6am and Judy answered eight away, asked me aome details and said she could get there the day I called to look at my Fridge. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Turned out the refrigerator was still under warranty feom manufacturer. She actually helped me find the written part of warranty that said what was covered, and found the number of who to call. It was well worth the $99 fee for her to come dianose the problem Valley services was much more helpful than the manufacturing company. I would recommend them for any appliance

Judy was great! She told me exactly what I needed for my dishwasher and would return to fix it the next day at a time that would fit my schedule.

Judy was prompt, courteous, and professional. She completed the difficult of replacing the condenser fan on our built-in fridge without any mess.

Curtis was the repair man who came to look at my broken washing machine. He arrived on time and did a prompt assessment of the problem and give me a price quote. When I decided not to repair but instead buy a new washing machine he was very helpful in answering my questions about what I should look for in a new machine. I would give Curtis 5 stars for the help he gave me.
