The tech was on time. Friendly. Was originally out on Wednesday. Part needed to be ordered. Scheduled for Friday. On time Friday. Heater repaired. Received a call Monday from the office to check in and make sure Heater working well and ask if everything was good. Very friendly. Highly recommend

Installers were friendly and informative about the new 4 ton American Standard split system. Compressor is quiet and should effortlessly cool the large downstairs area. Installed equipment 3 days after I said yes. Would use them again for the old Goodman system upstairs.

Short of staff and unable to get rescheduled to finish. Staff in the field are also scheduled to answer phones and have to cancel appointments last minute.
