I had another company inspect my unit and told me I needed to replace it at a cost of over $8,000. I wanted a second opinion. So Jimmy from Valley wide came out at no cost to me. The only thing he found that needed to be addressed was that the compactor was beginning to fail. He replaced it for $242.50. Plus he did some other cleaning and routine maintenance. And, he gave me two free maintenance visits to boot. Great service! I highly recommend Jimmy and Valleywide Cooling!!
Valleywide Cooling provided timely and professional service when we had to replace a old, failing heat pump installation. The staff and crew were personable and responsive to our questions—they wanted to make sure that we understood every step they took. Installation of the new unit was quick and neat. We also had some additional work that needed to be done, and the staff took care of these issues immediately. We have taken the extra step of signing up for a service contract for our other air conditioning units. Over the past couple of days they have followed up to make sure that our concerns had been met. Highly Recommended.

Same day I received an invoice for an estimate. When I called to ask a few more questions I was treated with respect and urgency to get answers. I decided to go with Valleywide Cooling because of the value, the A rating at the BBB and the quality of products. Installers came the next day and within 6 hours they were done, cleaned up and left. These guys worked like crazy in my hot attic and showed me pictures of their work. I am so happy, my house is cool and I look forward to the maintenance schedule they will be providing.
David was awesome, he called me to tell me he would be early and fixed my air conditioning problem right away. I appreciated how courteous he was and how informative. Since I was dealing with a home warranty there is only so much he could do because the part had failed. David is a credit to your company. Margaret called me right back after I made the claim and set up the appointment she too is awesome.

I was FULLY informed of exactly what was wrong with my AC unit, shown pictures of all the issues. I required a new unit and installation was completed the next day. When I had questions the office, technician and installers worked with me and sat with me until I fully understood and completed my request to my satisfaction. On a Friday evening I noticed that my air conditioning was not cooling the house and there was a great amount of condensation dripping from my unit. Saturday morning I called Valleywide Cooling, weekend services YAY! The lady (forgive me I do not remember her name) who took my call was very polite and had great customer service. She sent a technician, Humberto, who showed up within a hour. He was very informative and honest. He showed me a picture of my unit and explained in detail what needed to be fixed. He did exactly as he explained. He did not try to up-sale any services to me but instead informed me about the things I need to do on a regular basis to keep my unit running efficiently. My unit is running great and the price was affordable. I am thankful for such awesome customer service, time efficient, and affordable services.
So I was prepared to use another company for my repair, but my wife had me look at some customer reviews on on our neighborhood app, Nextdoor. One company stood out that sounded like it was all about the customer. I sent an email around 7 in the morning, and quickly received responses from Miss Margaret. Because I had to go into work for a few I missed the 1st message, and the 2nd, but the 2nd message was Miss Margaret telling me to get to my destination safely in response to my phone sending an automatic response since I was driving. I had not even spoken with her about my AC problems and I already felt like she cared about me as a customer. Talk about warm fuzzies! We finally connected, and she told me she would be sending me Jimmy as my tech, and that he would take care of me. I received a text message with his picture when he was on his way, and he was there maybe 10 minutes after the text. What a great guy! Very personable, and gave me immediate confidence that he would take care of me. Even though he was there for our upstairs unit, he made sure our 1st floor unit was working fine also. He had me up and running in less than an hour, and was up and down a ladder in my attic with a bum foot no less. Jimmy was scheduled to have surgery on his foot the following Tuesday, but he was still going 100 miles an hour despite his discomfort. well, maybe 99 miles an hour. He explained everything he was doing and why, and we joked about the advantages of being tall when he helped me change my air filter. The icing on the cake, was when I asked him if I could give him a tip and he politely declined, reassuring me that he loved his job, and he was grateful that it turned out to be a simple repair. Sorry for being long-winded, but I just wanted to give props to Valleywide cooling, Miss Margaret, and Jimmy for being so awesome!
Valley wide has very competent and professional technicians as well as great support staff in the office. I had them check and repair unit in September but technician told me the 20 year-old unit was on its last legs. He explained everything thoroughly and completely. Had the unit replaced today. Each step in the process was right on time. I am quite impressed with the honesty and integrity of the technicians. I will continue to use their services in the future for annual checkups.
