Ryan was here the same day and got the unit running better than the day I bought it.

I am very grateful for both the great service and price and recommend them highly.

I called them based on their "5 Star" rating, only to be dupped......The tech showed up and within a few minutes told me the motor was out and it would be $1,000 to replace the motor. Within a few minutes he was suggesting that I fully replace the unit for $4,500 as it close to it's useful life. I was on the hook for $1,000.

I then called another company and with thirty minutes they were on scene. Thirty minutes later they had replaced the solenoid for $100. Air-conditioner fixed!

I called Simply The Best to cancel the $1,000 motor replacement and they charged me $80 for the service call.

Don't get taken by these guys........

Our AC stopped working the day before the 4th of July and, after calling multiple places with no luck, I called Simply the Best and they were here within 30 minutes. He was professional, and we had our air conditioner back up and running in about 40 minutes. Highly recommended!

I called this company in the morning, was given 2 hour window between 2-4 pm, After 4 pm I called back, said he's finishing his job, will call you on his way to your place. The Tech came around 7:15 pm, check unit, did not check the filter, after about 20 minutes, came inside, quote me to pay $235.00 for less than half, let me sign the paper that is not the receipt . The heading of the paper is the "Customer Option Sheet.". He said that I may need a new unit and for both unit a whooping $16,700 + .he just did the diagnostic test supposedly. The following day, called another Local company, 2 guys came on time as scheduled, did a through inspections ( 40 point" , climb the attic, check filters, check the units and the thermostat, solved the problem for a very fair price and my air condition
is working great for the price I pay of $ 190.00 including the new Thermostat which was the problem. So simply I may say Simply The Best
might be a good company to few but maybe simply the worst , specially their commissioned techs with high price and no proper receipts.

If I could have done no stars that's what I would have selected, I am that angry!
I had this company out two years ago to service my two ac's. I called a couple of weeks ago and set up an appointment for a pre-season check at $34.95 for each unit.
The tech came out and immediately told us that our Freon was leaking and that we'd have to put in $500 worth of Freon. He even refused to service the equipment. I know that this was a scare tactic so that we would purchase new equipment.
I got several other estimates, the last one was the one that actually did the service. My equipment had nothing wrong with it and the last sentence on the receipt stated "no Freon needed". Needless to say I will never use Simply The Best again. Shame on them!!

Jesse arrived on time, and within minutes we had working AC! Fair pricing, and they were able to offer service when we needed it. Our pets and kids were very grateful! Will use them again in the future if the need arises.

Simply...not THE best. There are better ones out there. In summation, they couldn't diagnose the real issue the first two attempts, yet had told me they did. Then after telling me no charge.... guess what, they charged me anyways. Their faults ended up working out in my favor because it drove me to use another company for a full install in which they did a great job at a lessor value! You can keep the 140$!

To the Technician who serviced my AC in a professional and prompt manner including noticing hail damage and offering recommendations.
