Simply the Best Heating & Cooling are simply fantastic. Last July I had 2 rentals air conditioning units go out on the same day. Of course it had to be a Saturday evening:-) I called Simply the Best Heating & Cooling and they had both units fixed that night. My tenants as well as my self were very happy!! Jesse and Steve we're quick and professional.

Today I had another unit go out and Jesse took care of it immediately.They truly are "Simply the Best".

Excellent AC Company!!!!They installed my new ac unit about a year ago and have been very pleased with it. My electric bill has gone from $380 during the summer months all the way down too $220 a month!!!! Ryan has been my ac technician and is very professional, prompt, informative, and friendly.

Excellent service by Abel at Simply the Best Heating & Cooling. Abel is always on time and sends a text message when on his way. He is professional and knowledgeable. He explains the maintenance he performed and answers any questions you may have. He is even friendly to our pets! Highly Recommend Abel at Simply the Best!

We called out Simply The Best to service our AC since it wasn't holding temperature. The service technician that was sent was pushing extremely hard for us to buy a new system. He added 1 pound of refrigerant and I'm glad he stopped there. They charge nearly DOUBLE what other companies in the area charge for the older refrigerant (R22). I can see being a bit more expensive but $135/pound versus $75/pound elsewhere is crazy.

We did also have a sales rep come out to give us a quote on a new system just to get an idea of what it would cost and that was a more pleasant experience. He's probably the only reason I didn't give 1 star.

I had Simply the Best install a new unit a few months ago. Everything went wonderfully. I did notice that a bedroom that formerly was nice and warm was cooler. I called and Ryan came out and found the problem. It was a vent that was partly blocked. Ryan was very professional and listened to what the problem was before making any assumptions. He showed me pictures of what was going on upstairs and how he fixed it. He explained the tests that he was doing on the unit to make sure I understood how things worked and what he was doing. I highly recommend Simply The Best Heating & Cooling. Prompt, professional and very good to do business with. Thank you Ryan!

I was recommended this company from a friend this past November and I cannot refer them enough. Today (June 5th), we had no A/C with the temp being 113 degrees outside. They said they were backed up until 7pm at the earliest (on a Sunday).
The technician arrived at 5:45pm, figured out the issue and had the A/C working before 7pm.
Prices are competitive which led us to this company. The customer service far exceeds are expectations which is why we won't look elsewhere ever again.

This is the second time that Ryan has come to our home to service our air conditioners or furnaces. Both times he has come he has been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time, answers all questions, explains any repairs that need to be done and informs us of possible future issues. Abel was very professional. He told me what he was going to do and gave me a detailed report on the results of the yearly check-up of my HVAC system. Even though my unit is 5-7 years old and hasn't experienced any issues, I appreciate the yearly check they do.

Won a contest, ended up using that 'credit' to upgrade the full HVAC for both the upstairs and downstairs, partially because they mentioned the SRP rebate that came with the installs. This conversation happened prior to the installation of the new systems.
People show up, they do a solid job with the installs, but we all fail to get the appropriate paperwork filled out. Over the initial 3 months, the consultant dude and I were playing phone tag, then there was simply no longer a response. This is partially on me, as I should've just called the company from the get-go.
However, I've learned recently that workers with another company installed a similar system at a co-worker's home, and they brought the SRP paperwork with them and filled it out on the spot. That probably bothers me the most about the situation: A competitor properly took care of their customer.
