The tech (Abel) came today also came out last time and I really like him. He’s friendly yet professional and takes the time and patience to explain what I need to know. He’s not pushy when he suggests something to be done. I want to have him back on my next maintenance visit.

I had an issue with an ac unit. I called them on a Sunday morning on the hottest weekend of the year. Able the tech came out and took great care of us. He had it fixed by 10am!! Talk about great service. I know I made the right choice going with simply the best.

Javier WAS EXCELLENT. He responded during the weekend at a very late hour, during a summer heat wave. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He helped us understand that our drain was clogged and WHY. He explained methods and our options of how to move forward, while also not charging us an arm and a leg. They don’t charge a weekend or emergency fee. Honest, down to earth company with fair charges. Will recommend to friends and will use this company and request Javier in the future!

This company was a lifesaver. From Linda, who took my call to Alyx, the tech who fixed my air, they were professional, prompt, affordable, safe, and caring. After contacting my Warantee company and 3 other AC companies, and being lied to and getting ridiculous bids and time frames, I was told I needed an air flow motor and that my condenser needed replacement at a cost of 6000 dollars and was recommended by 2 of them to purchase a 10000.00 unit that couldn’t be installed for days. Alyx was out and had it repaired in about 3 hours. It was a fraction of the cost and I was able to manage that. He went and got the part needed and was back in 30 minutes and installed it quickly. This after I was told 3 days for parts by the other guys. He even took the time to sit and talk to my Warantee company so I can be reimbursed since their guys were awful and were quoting 3-5 days minimum to repair. Alyx was honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Seriously this man cares about what he does and he cares about people. He went way above and beyond any service I have had like ever! You definitely don’t find that in this industry. I learned that the hard way for sure. It’s Phoenix, it’s over 110 degrees outside, I have 3 little dogs and work at home. I am older and really not able to move my life indefinitely. I was a mess with stress! I will recommend this company to ANYONE who needs AC service or a new unit and will call them for ALL my future AC needs! Thank you Linda! And thank you Alyx! God bless you!

Was without a.c. four days a couple weeks ago, called 2 a.c. contractors with no response, called S.T.B and was put on call sched. My tech was Abel who arrived on time and repaired problem, was prepared for repair, and very effiecient and polite. I will continue to use them as my go to a.c. contact. price was fair and their communication to customer was great.

2 years ago Simply the Best installed a new unit on my home, and I stayed in the monthly maintenance plan with them so I could prevent what my family is going through right now. On Thursday afternoon, I noticed our system was not holding the temperature in the afternoon so I called for a service. The technician responded and said we needed three pounds of Freon. My contract covers 1lb so I paid for the other 2 (it's Arizona it is hot here). Saturday afternoon the system is now worse than it was. The temp in my home is 10 degrees hotter than the setting and the system keeps shutting off. So I call for service again and get "Jesse". Jesse first speaks to my wife and tells here "Well it is a warranty repair and our policy changed. We don't do warranty repair on the weekends". After she tells me this I call "Jesse" back... As I'm trying to explain to Jesse what is going on he keeps cutting me off to tell me what they CAN'T do for me. Which turns into a yelling match (yep I was irritated and sitting in a hot house but who wouldn't be mad now)... "Jesse" goes on to tell me that they can't do warranty work on weekends because they can't get parts. I explained that is why I called on Thursday so this would not happen, why was it not fixed then? Again I'm told that they can't work on the weekend. I get it, it's hot outside and everyone wants to be with their family. But this is why I pay for the warranty and service contract, remember this unit is only 2 years old, I should not be typing this. No offer of a portable unit, no offer to come pump the unit full to hold till they can fix it, nothing.. I also see many other reviews complaining of "Jesse" online (See the BBB website).. Seems to be a problem (Oh he was the one yelling at me that I' disrespected him on the phone)...

I'm still waiting for Jesse to call me back, he was going to check with one of the owners to see what they could do. That was at 4:57 PM, I tried to call him back at 5:40 PM and no answer, I called the main number again at 5:40 to try and get answers and was told that "Jesse" was no longer on call and that they would forward my information to the on-call tech. At 5:55 PM I again tried Jesse to no avail. I called the main line again and was told by the answering service that they had the information and would forward it again. I told him that the BBB and such would be getting a call. Can't work on the weekend? Website says:

11 PM, I have yet to hear back from them. I'm sure they are going to say "You yelled at us and disrespected my employee"... Well when your employee cuts off the customer from trying to explain what is going on, and just wants to tell you the warranty, and service plan you have paid for 2 years is useless... What do you expect, "Jesse" sold me this piece of crap unit... That is not working less than 2 years after the install... I'm not satisfied. My house is hot this company does not care about it's customer..Does anyone have number to someone who cares about their work? Maybe one that would come out and put some portable systems in until they can fix what they should have when they originally came out? Maybe one that would honor their work and warranties?

My AC quit working at night, on a federal holiday which also happened to be a Sunday. Abel came out to fix it rather quickly with a smile on his face. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism and urgency this company had.

Had another company from Phoenix come out and I was told right away that my compressor was bad. I don't know exactly what a compressor is but it was thousands of dollars. Something just didn't sit right with me so I called Simply The Best for a second opinion. I showed them the other company's invoice, they could have easily said it was the compressor too, and I would have believed them, but it was a DIRTY FILTER. For less than $100, my AC is working perfectly in 115 degree heat! I don't believe in publicly trashing companies, but you can be sure I'm reporting the other one to the BBB and the attorney general!

Called Simply the Best when our air went out on a hot day in May in Phoenix, AZ. Jason arrived at the expected time, he was professional and curious. He took the time to explain the issue, provided a decent deal and worked on our unit for over an hour. Cold air has never felt so wonderful....thank you Simply the Best for once again providing us with excellent customer service and a fair price!

Horrible company. Technician completely misdiagnosed my problem, totally misidentified what type of coolant my system uses despite an enormous red sticker right on the side of it, and wrongly claimed I needed a $1,600 repair. The office decided to simply ignore numerous calls and emails over the course of weeks telling them to cancel the monthly maintenance plan - not once did they ever return a single call or email. I explicitly told them that if they simply acknowledged their mistakes and confirmed that they wouldn't try to charge me anymore I wouldn't tell the internet how awful they are, but here we are. Now my bank is reversing the unauthorized charges and costing them even more money and embarrassment.
