I called to setup an appointment and Simply The Best were ale to send someone in twenty minutes. Ryan was punctual and professional. There was a real curve ball regarding servicing my a.c. unit and he dealt with it quickly and professionally. He also made an extra, unscheduled repair on my behalf. These folks are honest and efficient. I can't say enough good about them. An easy five stars.

We signed on with Simply the best over a year ago. Our AC went out on a Saturday night an within 1 hour, someone was at our house and made the quick repair. He was so professional, we brought up a service contract with them and I can tell you that these are the most professional, courteous, honest people around. I would recommend them to anyone in the Valley!!!

Company responded quickly and were professional and efficient when they arrived. They replaced my old unit and installed the new one in a timely fashion. The workmen were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who need air conditioning or heating work. When I came home from work on a Thursday afternoon my wife told me the A/C unit outside started to make a loud noise so she turned it off. I went outside to look at the unit and saw that the fan blade was broken. When I called Simply The Best to schedule a service they were quick to help. Since I knew it needed a new fan blade they had me read the model number to them so they could try and get the part I needed before the part store closed, since it was so late in the day they were not able at no fault of theirs to get the part till the morning when the store was open. They did there best I felt. They came first thing the next morning with the new blade and found that we also need the motor replaced. We asked about just getting a whole new unit and he was able to answer our questions and go over our options and possible costs. He gave us a good deal on the new unit that we chose and scheduled to have his men come out first thing Monday morning. He also went ahead and changed the broken blade for the new blade as a temporary fix so that we could have AC for the weekend at no additional cost. The house started feeling cooler right away.
Two men came Monday and got to work in the attic and out back. They were quick to do the install. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and provided us a manual for it also. We can see and feel the difference already and plan to see a difference in our energy bills too since it is a more energy efficient unit.

I have used this company for at least 6 years now. I had them install a new AC unit and get yearly maintenance through them. They are always on time, explain to me what they are doing, and warranty coverage on my AC unit has been great.

This summer has been off to a hot start. We bought a house last year and the a/c seemed to be fine. Recently, the air was not working during the day. So last night I did some googling and found a bunch of ads that say 24 hr service. This company was the only one that answered the phone. An after hours rep told me that he would call me in a few minutes, and he did. He offered to come right out, and told me that it would be $79 or so to come out, but if we do any repairs the fee is waived. I needed to talk to my boyfriend and told him that I would call him back. He actually called me back about 30 minutes later. I asked him to come in the morning, and he said between 8 and 10. He showed up and fixed the a/c unit. We paid about $165 to have him fix what a previous repairman screwed up. Thanks Steve. I will be using them again. We purchased a 2 times a year check up service plan for $15 a month for a year. Very happy.

Horrible, horrible service and Terrible Terrible company. In the last three months my AC has gone out 3 times. Yes, once each month. ALL 3 times it was on a weekend. I contracted with them, so I would get put on the list first for service 24/7. HOWEVER, all three times they tell me they can't come out because they are behind on calls already AND, the only technician is in Gilbert or Queen Creek, it would take 1 hour to get to Glendale and then 1 hour back....(wow, then why contract with me). The last 2 times the owner and a tech said "you can call another company if you want".....I contracted with them for 10 years now.....so to my surprise that doesn't count for nothing. SO, this time I did call another AC company and found out that Simply the Best has not been servicing the AC correctly and has sold me the cheapest and worst parts they possible could. I am canceling my contract and will never do business with them again. OH and by the way, the OTHER company is sending me a report and pictures to prove what I'm saying. With that information I'm contacting the BBB, Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Contractor licensing and any place else to let them know what a horrible company they really are. Will also include Yelp and FACEBOOK.
