They are my first choice for all things plumbing related. I feel you get what you pay for and they have always done excellent work and make an effort to send out the same tech to my property which is so nice since he is familiar with the history and layout already. Good service and good people.

Had a sump pump fail in my crawl space. Called first thing in the morning and had guys show up to fix problem three hours later. Less than an hour later, new sump pump installed and water in crawl space was being pumped out. Techs were friendly and professional. Cost was reasonable. Will use these guys again, no doubt.

Called during the first freeze of winter, they had every reason to be aloof and expensive, but they weren’t. They were fast, competent and thorough. I also paid about 20% of what I expected to, no joke. First time as a home owner, know nothing about plumbing, but they treated me with curtesy and respect in spite of my ignorance. Can’t recommend enough. Call Guy, he’s the best.

We live in Florida now and recently had a heating emergency at our home in Anchorage. I called Anchorage plumbing and heating. They got right out there as soon as possible and fixed it right away. Super good job they did, and it only took a little while. With those overtime rates being what they are, we were very pleased with the swiftness they fixed our problem. Thank you guys for your help.

Very helpful over the phone and they responded quickly. They had us prep for the job so they didn't have to waste any time while on the clock. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and educated us while completing the job. Prices were reasonable. I would use this company again in the future.

Despite my having the extra Saturday call out time expense, I was pleased with Will's consultation regarding the boiler leak. He was courteous and patient with educating what would be required. Based on this service call, I would recommend this company to others.

Worst experience ever! I would not hire these guys to touch my drive way with a ten foot pole! Make an appointment 3 weeks in advance because that's the earliest I could (must be good they are busy right?) Well they are supposed to be at my house at noon, I take e lunch from noon to 1 pm while my wife was going to take lunch from 1-2pm. They never showed up. Called me at 2pm and said they would be there at 2:30pm. I took the rest of the day off of work to get my boiler cleaned. It should be routine right? Boiler works just fine before he starts the cleaning, an hour and a half later when he is done we fire it up and the boiler isn't working properly after he screwed with all the wiring from thermostats to zones. Now all the zones are calling for heat and he is arching wires and shorting things out (sparks flying). I ask him if the power should be turned off (common sense). We turn and take all the thermostats off the wall. It appears that stopped two of the zones from calling for heat non-stop. The 3rd is still screwed. He tries to trouble shoot it. Says he is the best at trouble shooting, but not good at wiring. Explains to me that we have to run a new wire from boiler to lower thermostat. But he isn't sure? Says they will come out tomorrow after charging me $300.50 for a routine $98.00 cleaning! Next day we call 3 times, leave messages and no calls back. Our tenants have been with out heat for a day. Say they can't come fix what they broke. It has been two weeks and I have been working on the boiler myself. Still without heat. Needless to say they have terrible customer service, terrible technical service and can't fix things that they broke themselves. I feel like I just got shafted by a auto mechanic except this time it is from Anchorage Plumbing and Heating.

I have used Anchorage Plumbing and Heating multiple times. Everyone on the team has been pleasant and professional. Work has been done quick and the rates are great. I will continue to call Anchorage Plumbing & Heating for all my future plumbing and heating needs.

Jesse quickly assessed the leak, explained his planned fix, and started right to work. The leak was in an awkward location, which was the main reason I called in the pros instead of tackling it myself. I might have eventually fixed it but only after several hours of failed attempts and frustration. Jesse had the job complete in an hour and the water was turned back on without a leak. Thanks, Jesse, for a job well done!

A+ service tech! I called around to the others and was so frustrated thinking that customer service has gone out the window. Finally got a straight forward person on the line with APH. Then a straight forward courteous and skilled tech showed up to my door the same day! Not too talkative just about the business at hand. Loved him! I was happy to pay! I recommend calling them first. Save time and hassle.
