They had the knowledge, tools and speed to get my projects done without spending unnecessary time that would otherwise cost me more money. Great price I’d your operating within standard operating hours.
JESSE was my tech on today’s service. He was super cool; and gave me a lot of insight and tips to keep my house efficient. He also, looked out for other thing outside of my standard project to give me a heads up on how to keep my house warm. Thanks Jesse.

I have dealt with many heating contractors in the Anchorage area, and Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has by far been the best. Reasonable rates and excellent to deal with. I had an issue with a furnace at one of my properties and they sent someone out within 45 minutes. It was late and they did not have the correct part to fix the problem that night, but they got it working and came back the following morning to install the correct one. Great people and amazing service!

Dean was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and charged what they quoted. I did have to call and request that they return as I smelled gas out by my gas meter after the line to the kitchen was added, and I had to ask them to come seal the hole they made for the pipe to go through the wall (the hole was significantly larger than the pipe and moisture/bugs could easily get in). Dean did return the following day and correct the problems, and answered some questions I had. If 3.5 stars was an option, I would give 3.5.

We have been customers of Anchorage Plumbing & Heating for years now. I trust them completely. We have used 2 other big name plumbers in town and not been satisfied for excessive cost & on 2 occasions to pay for other plumbing companies for "2nd plumber in training" & delays. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating always responds to us ASAP. They are very well priced, professional, courteous, fair in business, highly knowledgeable plus they work fast. I highly recommend this plumber business.

I thought the technician did a good job. I had to have a condominium, maintenance guy turn the water off before the plumber could work. I was hoping to have plumber arrive at 10 promptly but I was scheduled for a visit between 10 and 12 noon. So plumber arrived at 11 and completed the job in one hour. I have to pay for condo maintenance man also so that is why I wanted to coordinate better. I have not paid a plumber in a while so 145$ seemed high for an hour. What upset me was not buying a toilet supply line at Lowe's for 5 bucks instead of one from the plumber costing 25. I Should have listened to the sales clerk at Lowe's where I bought the toilet!

I came home from the airport to discover my heat wasn't working. They dispatched a technician that evening. Through no fault of the technician it took a couple of days to complete the repair but both technicians that worked my problem were courteous and professional. Michelle is, also, very profession, efficient and pleasant to work with.
I will definitely recommend AP&H for heating problems.

My water heater was damaged after the 7.0 earthquake. I called Anchorage Plumbing & Heating and they were able to come over and replace it within 24 hours. Curtis was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional, all while having great conversation. I would recommend these guys to anyone, any day. Thank you so much!

Well, the plumber arrived on time, was polite, and stopped my leak. That is the good part. My pipe is obviously corroding out. I wanted to know why. No real answer. He took the corroded pipe with him, so I couldn't examine it carefully. I had asked the dispatcher that they replace the pipe with PEX, so it wouldn't corrode again. He didn't bring any. I asked him to do both the hot water side (which is leaking) and the cold water side (which appears corroded). he didn't do the cold. I asked him to replace a leaking outside faucet. He didn't bother to even look at it. The cost was $527 for 3 hours of work plus $91 in parts. $145 an hour for labor, which was...high. So overall, I paid a lot of money to solve my immediate problem, which is pretty frustrating. I waited a month for this appointment, the last week of which I had buckets catching water. I don't feel comfortable closing up the ceiling till the rest of the work I wanted is done. I guess I'm doing it myself.

2/29/16 Update - Had to call them out today because the return line from my sink cracked. They sent Jeremy out this time which was good. They were able to pin point the leak get the parts and fix it all within 2 hours. They were very nice to deal with and left the work place clean again. I will use these folks anytime the need arises.

My wife found them on the internet and they had many positive reviews. Jeremy came out today to replace a facet and supply lines for us. He was friendly and completed the work quickly. He left the work area clean after finishing. I will surely use this company again.

Waited 12 hours for APH to show, and when they did show he sat in front of my my Heater for 10 minutes and and said he couldn’t fix it cause they didn’t have the part it had to be special ordered, he than charge me $250 just for coming over and looking at the heater and not fixing the problem lucky we had a wood stove to keep warm, they just money hungry not professional.
