This was the second time I had Curtis to my house for different maintenance issues with my faucets. He is fast, courteous, and has a positive attitude. I will definitely request this technician in the future. Anchorage Plumbing and Heating is well organized and easy to get ahold of.

I love these guys! Great experience. I live out of town and have a property in Anchorage. APH make sure the furnace is in great working order every year. No surprises they do what they say they are going to do. Aaron was fantastic knowledge and explained everything to me in language I could understand (some times several times). Very patient with someone who had no understanding of how heating systems work. I trust this company!

These guys are doing an awesome job helping to get peoples homes back up and running after Fridays earthquake. After I called, I was expecting to have to wait until the middle to end of the week. I was glad to get the call Sunday morning that a tech was on his way. Curtis got my water heater back up and running in short order, at a less than expected cost.

This year Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has thawed my lines, unplugged my main line and now repaired my earthquake damaged water heater. The repairman was friendly but all business. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend you call them, I will.

Over my 39 years in Anchorage I have used three different major plumbing and heating businesses and some independent plumbers for a variety of jobs. I can always count on AP&H to take care of what I need as soon as possible and I have used only them for the past several years. They have replaced plumbing fixtures, serviced my boiler, replaced dryer ductwork between floors, dug a well for and installed a sump pump in a cramped and damp space and other minor jobs. The techs are always pleasant and their office staff too.

Plumber technician was prompt, on time and took care of our water heater problem. He was very professional and provided recommendations to address the issue long term.

Called and they arrived at my house with in an hour. I was extremely impressed! The technician was really informative and cute but that's just an added bonus lol! Best service I've ever had from a heating company. The price was really reasonable I had expected a higher bill than the one I received. I thought customer service was dead, but I was dead wrong. Thank you! Feels good to know I won't wake up cold tomorrow.
