My home gas heater went out on Sat eve.. I called the business Sunday am and the on-call person came to our house that same day. Diagnosed the issue immediately and would have to order a part on monday. Part available in town and came up Monday to install it at 12:30pm. Very prompt, polite and professional. I will use them as my plumber and heating repair company in the future.

Brian and Curtis were efficient in isolating my plumbing issue, making the repair and reporting concerns about additional work (carpentry and plumbing) that may be required to permanently address the problem. Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has provided consistently good service in a timely manner.

Dispatch was courteous and organized. Our seviceman arrived within the scheduled time frame. Thank you Jeremy for your quick, efficient and clean work replacing our 2 vanity faucets and pop ups. We plan to use Anchorage plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

We called APH when we first moved into our newly purchased home to check out and service our heating and water systems. They were fast, friendly, and answered all our questions as new homeowners. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We have worked with them to fix our older shower/tub systems. And, today they redid the whole deal, Brian was super respectful and nice to my 70+ year old grandparents. We appreciate that very much. Thank you very much, God bless!

We have had Anchorage Plumbing and Heating out to our house on multiple occasions to help with various issues and projects. I think we've had at least half of the staff at our home at some point. No matter who has come to our house, they have always been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of the time spent on the job. Each technician has taken pride in their work. We have tried other plumbing contractors in town, and they don't hold a candle to AP&H. We rest easy knowing that AP&H has done the job. We highly recommended AP&H to anyone. Great work!

Joe was the tech who came out to do this winter's furnace check. He was polite, did not mind my watching and explained all the questions I asked. He seemed knowledgeable, was thorough and finished in a timely manner. As always through the years, I was fully satisfied with their service.

We've had to use Anchorage Plumbing and Heating several times this year for different repairs in our home and have always had a positive experience with both customer service staff over the phone and with Jared finishing all necessary repairs.

Jared always arrives on time, is always professional, answers all our questions, and completes the required work without any issues.

On May 12, 2017 I had the wonderful pleasure of having Will, the technician from Anchorage Plumbing and Heating come to my home and replace the faucet in my kitchen sink. Will was incredibly professional, patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me. I suffer with a Trumatic brain injury and sometimes find it difficult dealing with people because they are very impatient with me. Will was not anything like that. I will hire Will again in the future for any plumbing and heating needs I have and I would highly recommend him for any work you may need.

Anchorage Plumbing & Heating is a THIEF. This company was hired by my contractor to reroute a vent and small amount of line connecting on the on/off valve to our bathtub so we could remove a wall between the bathtub and shower. The contractor spent less than 1.5 hrs and tried to charge $900 [a full days work]. Easy job! They also did not inspect before they left and my contractor caught work that was not complete and that would have cost more money later and had them fix the issue - -> I see where APH responded to a review below that they charge $135/hr. The job should have only cost ~$275-$325 as supplies used were less than $20 and time. I have other work that needs to be done and Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has lost my business and I am sure they've lost my contractors business too.
