Anchorage Plumbing & Heating

We have used Anchorage Plumbing & Heating for years. Our recent appt did not disappoint. As we had a leak our appt was moved up several days. Chris & Tavis were professional and cheerful and got the leak diagnosed a fixed in a short amount of time. Great job guys!

I’ve been using APH for about 3 years to check my boiler every fall. I’m very pleased with them and recommend them to everyone. Joe was very helpful and efficient today. He explained everything he did and made his recommendation. I will continue to use this company for all my plumbing needs.

I had a leaky toilet line and my installer had pulled the toilet so he could lay new flooring in the bathroom. My problem was a leaky toilet line. Drip, drip, drip...I called the company that put in all the plumbing 18 years ago, but they don't do "service work". Meanwhile, I have a flooring guy that can't finish the job until my leak is fixed.

Great Service! I called needing help just before 2pm. Dispatch took care of me very cordially. She asked my zip code and (I believe) checked to see what guys were nearby that could take care of me. She said they should be over between 3 pm and 5 pm...(I'm thinking about the cable guy at this point...), I thanked her and hung up.

The plumber showed up at about 3:30 pm and got right to it. He was done in about a half hour. He knew what he was doing and he replaced the faulty 'shut-off valve with a higher quality valve and he was done in a little more than 30 minutes. I don't mind paying a "minimum" service call labor rate when they come out quickly. Do the job right. Ask if there is anything else that needs looking at. And answer all my questions.

I am very pleased. And I will easily recommend them to anyone who needs their help.

They have installed our home boiler and do yearly maintenance for the last 15 years. Respond to emergency calls quickly at a fair price.(After hours is after hours) Very knowledgeable and upfront on pricing. friendly and courteous.

Just started using Anchorage Plumbing & Heating after being a long-time customer of another well-established company in Anchorage. Anchorage Plumbing’s technician came out after hours and quickly diagnosed and repaired a large cracked pipe inside a stairwell. He was efficient, knowledgeable and provided super customer service. More recently, I’ve had two plumbing issues, and Anchorage Plumbing had someone to my house right away, even when their schedule was full. Absolutely recommend that you call Anchorage Plumbing first when you have a plumbing issue.

Anchorage plumbing and heating is top notch! The staff are very friendly and Dean the plumber who came to my house had my boiler fixed in no time. I’d recommend them to anyone and for sure will contact them if I ever have any problems in the future!

Amazing - everyone was super friendly! when our hot water heater started leaking on a Friday we did not have time to waste. Our washing machine must run at 160 degrees - Anchorage Plumbing and Heating arrived with in 1/2 hour and had the problem fixed with in an hour and the cost was totally reasonable and fair! Came out for a repair on a rental unit we own. Did the job quick and tenant said they were friendly. Call for payment over the phone next day. Made the whole process quick and painless for me.

Dispatch is efficient, and friendly. The work Jared did is excellent. I especially appreciate Jared's knowledge and respectfulness in informing me about the work he did today, and in answering my questions about other plumbing issues I thought might need to be done. I look forward to again scheduling Anchorage Plumbing and Heating to come over and do upgrades, and new installations.

With the negative degree weather and everyone in town being booked up, AP&H came through and let us know they would try to help us. Thanks to Jeremy, our boiler was fixed in 10 mins. They were quick to respond and helpful in communicating what the issue was and what needed to be done. They will definitely be our first to call in the future.😊
