Want $200 to make a bid on a $2,000 job. These people are drunk.

My grandson was filling our bathtub last night and was not able to turn off the water. Ugg. After we messed with the faucet a bit we were able to change the temperature of the water to cold and turn down the water force to let the water run all night. I created a service call on APHs web site and called them first thing this morning. John had me scheduled for a service between noon and two. Aaron arrived right on time and took care of our water issue. Thank you ever so much APH. I will call you again for the PM on my furnace.

APH has been our go to company for the past 6 years. We have used their services multiple times at our own house, a past rental property and during the sale of mentioned rental. Always pleased with the technicians, dispatch, and office personnel.

This company has alot of 5 star ratings....I'm sure this was paid for dearly by the owner.
Look elsewhere when needing an honest company,
Talk about 900 bucks an hour....give them a call,
Then when you confront them...watch out.
These guys are the bad used car salesmen of Anchorage watch out....BUYER BEWARE....

My husband and I had a few plumbing leaks and a furnace leak.
I had schedualed a repair for Monday and that didn't work out and I had to cancel. When I called back on Tuesday and asked that we get some help out to work on it, the man on the phone was able to adjust the schedule and get someone out the Next Day!
Kurt was a real Blessing! The young man who came out and did the repairs somehow got everything done in a price range we could afford and was able to get in and do some work we needed desperatly.

I went with this company because they had the most likes, but when I called, the guy over the phone seemed to be bothered by my call even since I give them the choice when to stop by. The person they sent also seemed to be very unhappy to be there even though I was very happy to see him, he did the job didn't clean up and left very unhappy as he came. I won't use this company anymore because I feel the customer deserves a certain amount of respect.

We've used Anchorage Plumbing & Heating a few times now. They show up on time, are very professional and get the job done quickly. Very happy with services provided.

OK, I wrote a bad review for this company and I had the WRONG plumbing and heating company. I sincerely apologize for any harm my previous 1 star review caused. I have never done business with this company, but will consider using them instead of the previous P&H company because they noticed the bad review and researched it, which shows a level of attention to detail that is impressive.

Please change your business name to Ductape-Plumbing. Manager please look at your dispatchers and review their performance and service quality. They all just want to just kick the bucket down to the next guy.

We had a major blow from the water heater last night. Water leaking all over the garage floor. I called APH, Chris came within 30 minutes. He recommended a new water heater, which sounded right since the tank is 19 years old. He finished the job and were able to get up to hot showers this morning. APH and Chris- Thank you! Well worth the extra expense of after hour fees. Good job!
