The technician arrived on time, did a good job, explained everything, and was personable and polite.

I was told on 2 different occasions that the unit needed to be reset. It continued to randomly cut off and then hours later resume operation. A different company helped me to understand that the installed unit was for a mobile home and thus inappropriate for my house. I had him replace the unit and I have not had any problems since

P & C first installed this commercial unit in 2018. There were some adjustments required to iron out noise and velocity issues for a unit operating in our woman’s clothing store but they stayed with addressing the problem, even though it required multiple visits and a new part. We were satisfied with the improvements as were the customers and we now have them out at least once a year to service this unit. We are happy with their responsiveness and professionalism and also their technical expertise. We recommend!

Had a compressor go down. They came out the same day and had it fixed. They advised on some other things and did maintenance beyond what they had to. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were above board about the pricing and honest about expectation. 5 star company

P&C moved my furnace from an interior closet to a utility room. This was a major job. It required a new trunk line, return line, hooking up the individual supply lines, fresh air vent and a new hot air flue. They first had to capture the freon, remove old trunk lines, cut all the supply lines. They then moved the unit and reinstalled everything. The crew started before 8 AM and finished at 5PM. They worked in the heat of the day in the attic. They never complained. A Great group of men. The gentleman who charged the system detected a bad capacitor and replaced it. The price was very reasonable. The whole experience from the office staff, project management and installation crew could not have been better. P&C is my go to A/C and Heating company and the company I will be recommending.

P&C replaced an old heat pump six years ago and has made two service calls since on a separate unit. I have been thoroughly satisfied with their quick response and professional approach to resolving the issue.

We replaced a HVAC system. The P & C team was very responsive to our request for an estimate, which we felt was a competitive price. They came out in a timely manner to install a new unit and finished the job in a few hours. They accidentally left the gas disconnected but came back out very quickly and fixed the problem when I called them. Their office team is also great and responds to any questions in a very professional and prompt manner.
