Sunday afternoon and did not want to call for service on my A/C, but realized it needs attention so called P&C who had installed furnace a while back with great results. Dispatcher was courteous and gave information to technician on call and he responded quickly with time of arrival and estimated cost of service. He came and took care of issues and stayed around to make sure unit was properly cooling and installed part functioning as required. Professional young man and I appreciate his response time and excellent service. P&C provides excellent service

Very friendly office personnel. Was able to get service for my malfunctioning AC within about 3 hours of placing service call. Service technician was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Yes, I would recommend or call P & C Solutions again.

Lost our cooling in Sunday evening for a call back about the problem. Their message said that they opened at 7:30. At 8 I was getting ready to call again when our doorbell rang. They were at the door. They diagnosed the problem and had us back up with the problem fixed before 11 am. Awesome response and service!

Awesome company , they first replaced my business unit, worked better than ever, than had them replace my home unit and it works and sounds great, should have done it sooner, the employees all around where very clean polite and double checked everything, would not recommend anyone else, have another business opening soon will get them to that one also call them you won’t regret it
