P & C Heating and Air Conditioning were terrific! When I called them they responded immediately and sent a serviceman to our home the same day! Very impressive. Servicemen were very friendly and professional. We have used them for several years and we feel that their costs are reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Within 48 hours of me reaching out to P&C Southern Solutions, they were able to visit our home to diagnose the issue with our AC unit, order the part to fix it, install the new part, and had our AC unit back up and running. We moved into our new house 2yrs ago and have used P&C Heating and Air several times because they installed out Carrier units. They have serviced it for regular maintenance and most recently our down stairs unit stopped cooling because a capacitor went out. Every issue has been resolved swiftly and they even caused an issue last year resolved it and charged us just for the part which was fair. I am leaving this review in exchange for a 10% discount on my current capacitor bill. Because I have had a good amount of history with them and several service calls I am able to leave a honest 4 star review. They have performed each work to satisfaction. There is 1 discrepancy I will mention. The after hours operator quotes different pricing than what is actual. They need to be consistent and update their fees with the after hours team. We were quoted $89 for the service call. Our part was on warranty and we were expecting the invoice to be $89. it was $153 for a 10 min fix so that was not expected. I told the technician and he said there price quote was wrong it is $153 for labor not $89. The after hours team also said that it would have been an extra $79 to come after hours on top of the $89 and we opted for waiting till the morning. When I told the technician the next morning he said NO it would have been an extra $115 to come after hours. The point is the pricing needs to be consistent and that is the only reason I have to give a 4 star.
