New AC/ heat unit installed today !!
Well after trying to keep the old unit going, I finally had to
get a replacement AC unit. I am very happy with the prompt service that
P & C provided. I was able to get a new unit the next day after they came out to diagnose the original problem I had called them about.
They were able to get the new unit installed in record time! The employees arrived early. They did a great job of removing the old unit and then getting the new one up and running within a few hours.
They even put in a new thermostat and one of the guys went over its features with me. The new unit is now working and cooling the house very well. It is a quality well made name brand and looks great.
It runs very quietly. I was very surprised compared to the old unit.
This group really knows how to work together and get the job done right!
I highly recommend this company to anyone for their Heating and Cooling needs. Excellent service !!

We recently bought a home where P&C had installed heat pumps. Never heard of them before, but since they had installed the units we had them replace all the ductwork in the house & add extra vents in bedrooms. Plus had them install new dryer vent, range vent, & vent bath exhaust to outside. Overall happy with the work. What got me to write this review is not this, but the work of service technician Mike. He is great! After ductwork was installed for some reason upstairs unit quit cooling. Mike came by that Friday after closing & replaced capacitor to get compressor to come on. Then today they came by to do the yearly service on units & Mike discovered that one of the units had some stuff done to it that prevented unit to heat properly. Mike had the initiative to diagnose the problem & go get the parts to wire everything back up properly. He has a great attitude & is a likeable young man. I was really impressed by him! I would highly recommend P&C for your heating & cooling needs.

When I was moving here, my new place needed a new HVAC, P&C installed within the hour of purchase. I've needed some help with potential issues or checks and Jacob and most recently Matthew had to come by. They were excellent, professional, quick to respond and most importantly kind and understanding. Wonderful group and business to work with. Always a pleasure to speak and work with this business. As I just got done working with Matt, props to him and his work ethic, timeliness and efficiency.

My old 15 years AC system is down and call the P&c Heating and Air Conditioning. They immediately came to my house to check it and estimate it with an competitive quote. Once I call them to replace the old one, and they finish the new installation the next day. Very friendly customer service and very effective technician team. Excellent job!
