Our ac unit was freezing up so we called around 8 am and someone was on their way to fix it by 9.. it needed a new part so he had to go get that but everything was fixed by lunch. Extremely fast and courteous. Highly recommend

On day one, the technician arrived on time but not wearing a mask in the midst of this covid-19 crisis. After offering him one, he was willing to put it on. Very responsive to my request but the cost to replace was excessive. Bought a replacement on line for $1100 and installed it in less than an hour. Love the company but just to high in this case.

I called P&C and within 10 minutes Shavardis was ringing the door bell. He was friendly, patient, and fun to talk to. He quickly identified the problem and called all around to get the part. We talked about safety and gloves and he was great to have around. Almost made me happy to have an hvac problem...almost! Tracie and Reed Norris will be calling P&C for the next issue!
