P&C Southern Solutions Heating, Air Conditioning and Insulation

P&C offers friendly, outstanding service. I called about a sluggish hvac system and they responded with same-day service. I will definitely recommend to others!

My heater started blowing cold air. I called P&C and they had a technician (Mike) out to my house in about 2 hours. He was professional, and was quickly able to tell me what my problem was. He replaced a part, my heater was blowing warm air, and he was on his way in about 30 minutes. I plan to use P&C for any issues in the future.

I called after hours at 5:30 PM to come fix our A/C that was clearly not working. The after hours technician did not call me back until 10:30 pm because he fell asleep. During this time we kept calling the after hours service to check on when we would receive a call and they informed us that they technician was at other locations. So we received a "run around" on that from the after hours department and I asked what I should do for this since we had not received a call in which his response was "find a different company". The technician finally got to our house at 11:30 PM. I initially told him that we would wait until the morning, but with young kids we could not deal with no A/C throughout the night so I called and got the technician to come out, which he made it very clear that he didn't want to come. The technician completed the job successfully, but overall I would not recommend this company. I don't mind paying for the service, but when the after hours is not available due to the technician falling asleep, that is unacceptable considering I first called at 5:30 PM. Be better.

UPDATE:
The owner called me personally and acknowledged that they made a mistake. I fully accepted his apology simply based on the fact that he, the owner, called me and not an associate that works in the office. I WILL be using P&C going further based on the fact that I know that the owner is fully committed to his business and having satisfactory service. I greatly appreciate the professionalism that he displayed and have updated this to a 5 star. I truly believe my incident above was an isolated mistake and this company will not let happen again! Would recommend.

Installed HVAC in our new home. Quality workmanship is evident, and they were very responsive to my request to initiate my manufacturer’s warranty.

P&C received an alert that my AC was having some difficulty and contacted me immediately. Not only did they set up an appointment within the hour, they had it fixed.

They did a great job when they installed the system and the do a great job with maintaining it.
