Do not use this company!!! Tech charged us to fix something that wasn’t broken, then came back and charged yet another call out fee and charged 278 for a 14.88$ breaker which was the problem in the first place. We spoke with the owner which has no idea of the ins and outs of her business, she immediately got rude and condescending. Absolutely horrible service.

No I don’t have the same sentiment, you were rude from the moment you picked up the phone, mine was a response to you. And one more thing. If you’re going to argue with a customer at least know what you are talking about. It’s clear you have no idea what or how basic components of heating and cooling work. What you should have done is consult someone who does before thinking you could steam roll a customer. The fact that I know more about your business than you should be embarrassing enough for you to educate yourself before getting on the phone with another customer.

Amazing service, quick installation. Removed my aged HVAC system, and installed a new system in less than half a day! The new one has many bangs and whistles, and the extremely friendly staff gave me an excellent walk-through of all the major features. They were very protective of my relatively new flooring and the rest of my house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

***** 5 Star Service from P&C ***** They came to our house, diagnosed the issue, and had it resolved the same day! The crew at our house was on time and professional! The ladies in the office were kind and informative! Everyone communicated with us, worked together, and made sure we had everything that we needed!! Trying to coordinate work, kids, and pets all with out AC is difficult, but P&C made sure we knew when they would be at the house, they showed up on time, were very professional, and did great work! They made what was an otherwise difficult situation in this Alabama heat very easy to manage. I highly recommend them!

Nick was the repairman we got to come out and make sure our heating and AC were working correctly and to do some maintenance. He was very professional and friendly, even when I had to call back to change the time for him to come out. The company does good work, but I'll definitely recommend Nick, hes a cool guy

Danny and the man (can’t remember name) were both friendly, professional, and helpful. They explain the cause (thermostat) and got it resolved! I had family coming in from out of town and no A/C…they were wonderful!
