Josh came out to repair our heater, he did a great job!! We appreciate the communication from the office as well, they called each time to inform us when to expect someone to show up and if something was delaying them, we were informed about it ahead of time. Fantastic customer service!!

July 5th I had a technician come check my upstairs AC system because it wasn’t cooling effectively. I was told I had a leaking coil, was low on refrigerant, as well as a couple other issues.

I chose to have a new system installed. On July 8th they showed up to do the install. The install team was respectful and worked efficiently. On the following morning everything seemed normal, but by the middle of the afternoon the temp was 8 degrees above the set temperature. My previous AC system was able to perform at that level. Not what I expected from a brand new system that is supposed to be more efficient.

Will update review when Integrity Services responds to my call.

On July 9th Integrity Services sent a tech out to look at the system. He said their was an issue with the low side pressure and that the fan wasn't moving enough air, and that's why the coil was completely frozen over. He adjusted the fan speed, but said he wasn't sure if it would actually fix the problem, but it was all that he could do that day. The system cooled fine since the heat of the day was already passed.

On July 10th the temp upstairs started to rise again, and this time it was accompanied by the condenser outside making lots of unusual noises and one of the lines being completely covered in ice. I turned the unit off so that it wouldn't damage itself and called Integrity Services to let them know it still wasn't functioning properly. I was told that their techs don't work after 3 on Sundays and I would have to wait until Monday, but that I would hear from them before 8 to get me on the schedule.

July 11th I received no call from Integrity Services so I called them at 8am. They sent the same tech from Saturday back to the house. I am told he enlarged the return opening to increase airflow and spent two hours trying to contact a "supervisor" to come verify things were good. He left before the "supervisor" arrived, but said that we could not turn the system on incase the coil iced up before the supervisor could get there. I've had nothing but issue after issue with now clear communication about what the problem is, and why it wasn't identified during the installation process.

The company's name should be changed to "Greedy". A guy came to my house to check an AC problem. He just used a toy-like detector without doing anything else and made a judgment only based on the several beeping sounds he received from the detector. The price quote was $8000 based on this novice diagnostics. Stay away from the company.

Excellent work performed by the two technicians who came to the house to clean the vent/ducts. They wasted no time: prepared the vents, setting up the equipment, did the cleaning, came back and cleaned up after the initial cleaning was completed. Again, excellent work. I would bring Integrity Services back into my home to perform additional services as required.

Got the job done but very pricey. $220 per hour labor fee on top of products needed and a $95 diagnostic fee. We had a lot of back and forth before I convinced them to waive the diagnostic fee, only by agreeing to hiring them on the spot and then was told after that they actually had a coupon on their website meaning I could have checked around for better pricing and waited before hiring them. The diagnostic also did not actually guarantee what the problem was before maintenance started. Glad it is done but would not use them again.

My heat pump went out, I called to get someone come out and look at it. That same day they were out looking at it and said it would cost a lot to fix. The next day a sales guy came out to offer a new one and costs. We set up to get one installed and next day they were here installing the new heat pump and ac unit. This all happened in 3 days, great company great costumer service highly recommend them for any project!

Previous HVAC contractor didn't know what they were doing and wanted to charge a ton of money to fix the wrong problem. Integrity had the right tools to diagnose the issue and was able to get the manufacturer to replace the evaporator coil under warranty even though we missed the cutoff. Everyone we worked with was a professional, they knew their stuff and didn't try to overcharge.

Upstairs HVAC unit was freezing up and not cooling. Brad came on a Sunday morning and determined the air handler coil was leaking coolant and needed to be replaced. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it along the way. He even gave me some tips on easy checks I can do myself to determine if my HVAC system is working correctly. Extremely courteous and professional service. Highly recommend!
