Jason showed up at the beginning of both the windows I was provided by Integrity HVAC Services. He was easy to talk to and found the problem quickly. They had the part ordered and installed in a timely manner around the holidays. Did final diagnostics and verified the work was properly completed and ready for the winter season ahead. Great service and technician.

Cody and Collin were on time. They both were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The split unit installed looks great, cools well and is very quite.

Following the rolling blackouts in the Huntsville area, my Heat Pump stopped functioning properly. Called my normal HVAC Service Company to try to get someone out today. The earliest was tomorrow, and I would only be on a "stand by list", so no promises. Called Integrity at 12:30pm and by 3:30pm Chad was at my door. He correctly diagnosed the issue, was very open about what he was checking, and happy to discuss what the problem was. Chad was complete by 4:00 and now I'm probably changing my service plan to Integrity.

Technician (Michael) was very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed issues I was having with an older HVAC system and provided a variety of solutions. No sales pressure at all, just provided me with information and options. In my opinion, a real master of his craft!

Been dealing with Integrity for 6ish years now. Their techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Michael came by for routine maintenance and check up today 12 16 22. He answered any question I had and also gave me a few tips to keep my system running smooth and efficiently. Its always a pleasure with Integrity!

Found out the compressor is borderline marginal to good. As explained by Jason, the meter essentially records the condition of the windings.
So, I found it interesting that the service today was offered at $59 total which truly is a deal in today’s economy. Then I am told the maintenance package costs $288, which provides two visits and other fringe benefits. So your company has kind of shot themselves in the foot by the contrasting costs so dramatically opposing. That’s nearly a 5 to 1 ratio, and negatively affects the customer’s decision to sign up for the maintenance package.
But regardless, Jason did a great job and was a good representative for your company. He explained everything to my satisfaction and I will certainly retain your services in the future.

I don't remember the two young men names but they were very professional and knowledgeable, they completed the job ahead of schedule and answered all questions to my satisfaction, they cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't tell they had even been here.
