They replaced my unit and duct work all in one day. They stayed late to get it done. Everyone was very professional and polite. The whole process from start to finish was a very pleasant experience.

Had my first maintenance visit after installation of my AC unit a few months ago, customer service amazing, with follow up reminders and my technician Michael was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he took time to explain what the visit was looking for and answered all my questions. Installation of new thermostat. Chad did a diligent job in having to deal with Xfinity to set speed of thermostat to register device on our network. He is an excellent service man. So thankful he stuck with it.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and Integrity Services came out on Sunday morning, accessed the problem and got our furnace working temporily. A part that was needed came in on Monday and the furnace has been repaired..

During this service, they completed installation of a circuit breaker and electrostatic filtration system to a new Trane SEER 20 HVAC system. Excellent and timely job. I couldnt be more pleased.
