setting up the appointment was a breeze. the lady i spoke with (Valerie) was very nice and helpful. the tech, Jason, arrived within about an hour or so of the call and was personable and very knowledgeable. had a messed up contactor which he had on the truck and my a/c was up and going in less than thirty minutes. Thanks, Integrity!!!!

I was extremely happy with them, I haven’t had my A/C services in over 10 years because it has never had any issues. The outside unit was getting loud so I called at 4:45 and they were at my house by 5:30. The technician spent 2 hours cleaning my inside and outside unit and changed out a bad capacitor for a very good price!!
The technician was very knowledgeable and super nice, I will definitely use them again!!!

We had a unit go out and Integrity came out to assess the situation and give us as an estimate. Brian was very thorough and called to see if we had questions after the fact. We had the install done and were pleased with how quickly they got to our job. They came as completed the job, cleaned up perfectly behind themselves and checked in the next day as well. They even agreed to come back to check on something we had a question about without any hesitation. Customer service is a priority for them.

Kevin, Clay, and Lance were a great crew! They helped diagnose why our bedroom was so cold. We needed a new HVAC. They added a new line and return to the bedroom. We appreciated how they didn’t stop until they got it right even though they had to go beyond their original quotes work scope.

Josh is excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Showed up when scheduled. Highly recommend Integrity Services. Won’t use any other company. I no longer need to use the trial and error method to find quality and reputable company. Takes time to listen to concerns and discusses options. Will only use Integrity Services from now on.Josh is very knowledgeable about the variable speed system and dual zone computer controlled thermostat. VERY satisfied and impressed. Greg and Brad are very knowledgeable and communicate problems and services needed to correct problem. Highly recommend Integrity Services.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Integrity Services, especially the support from technicians Bill and Ben, and the sales support from Greg. Our aged HVAC unit recently kicked the bucket, but Bill and Ben helped nurse it along and diagnose drain line issues we were having. Greg provided expert advice on the new unit that we needed and which is serving us well. A+ service!

Extremely impressed with this company. I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys (specifically Mr. Brian) today. Not only were the prices and options given more than fair, the service was completed extremely quickly and with complete professionalism. Brian kept in contact and arrived early for the appointment with plenty of advance notice. In addition, Brian kept contact with me after the appointment to make sure that I had every piece of information needed to restore my unit to working condition and to make sure the service provided was done to my every concern. I know who I will be using in the future if I need to. I would highly recommend this company and tech to anyone!!

I bought a new home and wanted to set up for yearly maintenance. I had them come out to do an initial service. After their "evaluation" they told me that my exchanger/condenser was leaking freon and was about 4lbs low. I thought that odd as I was not having a problem with the A/C during the summer. They quoted $5200 for a new unit. He even called his "Supervisor" to validate the repair. I found out that the "Supervisor" was just a salesman and wanted to replace the entire system. I paid them the $169 service fee. I then called another company for a second opinion. I found out that there is nothing wrong with the system. However, if it did need replaced I could get it done for $3800. There is no "Integrity" with this company. It is a scam.

I had a new Lennox system installed in March and Bob did a great job on giving me the details of the system. The whole installation process was done professionally and the crew were very friendly and cleaned up behind the install. They took my 20 year old Rheem system and disposed of it for me. 05/10/22: Ask for Ben to do your maintenance service. He is a very professional and courteous guy. He always does a great job. If I don't move to Florida soon, I will sign up for the maintenance plan.

Always on time. Communicates when technicians leave for your home by phone call and text. Attentive to any questions you may have about your system and tells you what was done during the service. They contacted me to set up my routine maintenance under contract instead of me contacting them. Zero cost.
