We had such a great experience with this company. Every single person that we came in contact with, whether via phone or in person, was so friendly and professional. They worked to install our new AC unit as quickly as possible since we have an infant, and they even installed a window unit in the interim so that the room our baby sleeps in would be comfortable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

They replaced my HVAC system which was 17 years old at the time that it died. I've used them before for the routine maintenance. The installation guys were great, quick, and very professional. They were great about answering questions during the process, and did a great job about checking out things with my ductwork to make sure that I would be happy with the system. They also did a really good job of that cleaning up after everything and making sure that I didn't have stuff that I would have to take care of after they left. I'm very happy with them.

Integrity Services have been performing maintenance on our HVAC system for over a year now and I absolutely notice the difference. Everything runs smoother and even with those below freezing days! This time Blue came out to service our systems and he was extremely professional and explained everything he found along the way. Thank you for continuing to give great service!

Update: We had Integrity install a new 4 ton unit and they were amazing again. The installation was very fast. I made sure to take a look at their work outside and everything was clean and perfect. They helped us pick the model out as well and they were amazingly knowledgeable and absolutely not pushy at all. We'll be sticking with Integrity for all of our HVAC needs!

This is an update to my experience with this company. Again, continuing to meet my customer service expectations. From the time my service request was placed the process went smoothly. Josh was the recent technician who came to my house twice, even on a Saturday to check out a wiring issue with my thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to the customer.I have recommended this company to others. Thank you Josh and also to the very nice, efficient dispatch lady Who gets the job done!

Integrity Services is a professional and courteous company starting with Brittny at the office and continuing to the service technicians Bill and Sedge. They showed up when they said they would and demonstrated knowledge and skills. They quickly diagnosed my heating issues returning the unit to operations. I would highly recommend Integrity Services as they did not disappoint. Thank you, I wish more companies would follow your lead.

I would highly recommend Integrity! Our service technician Jason was very helpful, honest, and professional! Rest assured, if we ever have any issues with our HVAC units, we will be calling Integrity! He arrived on time and explained exactly what needed to be done in great detail. Having a basic understanding of HVAC, I had a inclination of what the problem may have been and he confirmed and then explained exactly what needed to be done and the costs associated with the repair.

The service was awesome! Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The technician, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job assisting me with choosing the right product for my home. He recommended a product that turned out great for my home's needs and was even able to assist with information on financing options. All around great work!

I had Bill come out and check on my unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately he gave me some bad news and I needed my entire system replaced. After shopping around I found that the best value I could get was through Integrity. When I had my units brought to be installed I had Kyle and Kaylen as installers. They were quite professional and quick at the job. They knocked out the install in just over half a day and answered all questions I came up with. Afterwards I looked at the work done and everything was cleaned up very nice and installed well. I would reccomend Integrity Services for anyone who is looking for HVAC maintenance or installation.

Ben came out today for a maintenance call and was fantastic. He was professional and quick to check everything. As always Integrity did a stellar job.
