I called in for a quote for a new furnace and they made the appointment for me and Kevin my salesman was very knowledgeable about everything. We also talked about my AC unit that was the same age. So I purchased both the furnace and the AC unit and a new thermostat. I received a call saying they could do it for me the next day but I took a few days. Then the installer came in and they were very professional and kind. I have 2 little dogs and they were very nice to them too. They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. They cleaned up afterward. They even fixed my do that the furnace was behind. I would highly recommend Integrity Services to everyone who may need one.

I heard the CSR VERY CLEARLY say the words, "Of course it does" when the questioned about the diagnostic charge going towards any repair costs. This is a poor rebuttal to the issue, and further lowers the integrity, honesty and maturity of the company in my opinion. We absolutely will never use or recommend this business for service.

I have no complaints about the service received. My complaint comes from the fact that after scheduling the service, I received a call stating there was a $95 diagnostic fee. I asked if that was applied to any repair costs that came about as a result of the problem we were experiencing, and I was told, in EXACT words, "Of course it does". However, that was not the case. When I called back to question the invoice, I was told that someone had incorrectly given me that information. The lady I spoke with asked me what I wanted her to do. I requested that something be done, because this is what we were prepared for. She supposedly sent a request for a refund and it was denied. By no means were we trying to get anything free, or even completely removed from our bill, but when you are told something by a business and that is not what you receive, that speaks a lot to their INTEGRITY. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, maybe someone wasn't trained right in the area of answering that question, but I didn't even receive an apology for the incorrect information we were given.

Everything during inspection and capacitor change was good. Come back late afternoon, home is at 63 degrees unit doesn’t run….something got screwed when the part was change.

Integrity Services responded to my call f[r repair timely, discovered my compressor died and replaced my compressor in a very timely manner. Technician was very professional, compassionate and efficient. I am definitely recommending their services!!

We have been using Intregrity for the entire 8 years we have lived in this house. Initially they were the company that did the service associated with the house warranty and we were so impressed with them we decided to keep using them after we gave it up. We have them come in twice a year for system maintenance and a couple of years ago they replaced our entire upstairs HVAC system. The people who work for this company are always professional, friendly, courteous and on time. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service, either by phone or in person is exemplary. We can't recommend them highly enough.

The technician was very efficiant/Office staff very helpful. A diagnostic test of my gas furnace was completed; burners were removed and cleaned; pilot light lit.

Initially very positive experience. They were quick to come and assess the problem with my AC and the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. My AC had several issues and he spoke with his manager over the phone. The unit is apparently notorious for being difficult to get parts (3-6 months) but I was initially told his manager would be out that afternoon to inspect it himself. This never happened and when the technician told me his manager would give me a call that afternoon after he looked into part availability to discuss my options. This never happened. I called a few days later, they apologized and said they would pass on the message to have him call me. I have called 3 times now and 2 weeks later have not heard back from them at all. I did finally get an email quote for repair costs after several calls but no timetable on part availability which I was told could be up to 6 months by the technician.

tldr; promptly came and assessed the problem but never returned my calls thereafter to actually do anything about the problem.
