The technicians were respectful, prompt, did an excellent job despite the working condition. The administrative staff are very nice and professional following up and calling for reminders for the appointment that I conveniently made online. Mr. Ben showed up on time and performed a very thorough maintenance of our HVAC system and offered a lot of valuable insight and tips with how to prolong our unit and the best recommendations for future maintenance issues! He even drew me a detailed diagram and hand wrote the tips for me so I wouldn’t forget! I highly recommend using this wonderful business for your HVAC needs!!!

This company lives up to its name! I called Integrity because I had a problem with my HVAC unit. I appreciate how accommodating they are with their hours of operation! Jason was the technician who came to my house. He was prompt and professional! He quickly identified the problem and told me what it would take to fix it. He also informed me about financing options. The next day when he was going to install the part, he called to let me know that he researched it and found out that it was still under warranty and that it would cost less that half of the original quoted price. I have dealt with other companies in the area who were pretty shady, but I have complete faith in Integrity and I will call them again when I need services!
