Integrity Services has done an excellent job with our washing machine. They came out first thing the next morning, the service tech was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They ordered the part, kept me informed of the progress and the same tech came back out, made the repair in quick order and everything has worked beautifully. Good job. OMG, absolutely LOVE Integrity! I had a regular maintenance and my technician Keith actually found something wrong with my unit. He took the time to explain what was going on, and what the next steps would be to get it fixed. Keith is a TRUE professional and goes the extra step to make sure he represents the company and truly believes in his profession. Keith got my parts ordered and will be back tomorrow to fix the unit. When the office called me I asked, can I have Keith come back out to fix my unit, Brittany replied with Absolutely. Integrity, totally hired the right guy (Keith), who stands by his work he is friendly and personable. Thanks a TON Integrity and Keith!!!

I was sitting in the cold and I’m 88 yrs old a prior company said they could service the unit at 430 pm I had been sitting in the cold for hrs already and that was going to be an additional 9 hrs . So I called this company and they was at my house within 45 mins after I called and my unit was running within a hr after they arrived and I was warming up thank you so much for a emergency service well done . I will be using your company from now on . I also appreciate that you made my job a priority ..Thank you so very much for not letting me freeze to death !!!!

I would highly recommend Integrity Services. When I first called about my AC, they had a technician here in just over an hour, even though I called late in the day. Brian was very professional, answered all of my questions, and kept in contact throughout the process of getting my AC replaced. The guys that installed my new unit were also very friendly, thorough, and professional. Excellent customer service!

Fixed a leaking union on my natural gas line. Did a great job. Response was phenomenal.

Our AC stopped working. I called and asked to be worked in for a same day appointment. They worked me in and gave me a timeframe to expect a technician. Integrity called to let me know the technician was headed my way sooner than expected, which is good news when your AC is out. Josh showed up, listened to me explain my symptoms, and had my AC repaired and running in less than 20 minutes. You cannot ask for a better experience . Helpful customer service agents on the phone (Amy), timely same day service, skilled technicians, and prompt work. If I need any other repairs or services done, these will be the people I call.

Josh was my technician. Very pleasant, professional, seemed to be very through. This was my first time using Integrity. Excellent experience. Even the people I dealt with at the office were wonderful.
