Excellent service with this company. Outstanding communication! I first received a call for preventive checkup for a service I didn’t know I had..😀. During the checkup, there was an issue with one of my GFCI outlets that was addressed immediately… I had an issue a few days after the checkup, and another tech came out and resolved the issue… all while explaining in details what was being done, and possible next steps.. Great job Matt and Tyler!!! I will definitely use them going forward, and refer to friends and family!

David Jones was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing cause I was interested. David took many pictures and even explained things that incorrectly done by another company on my HVAC unit

They did an absolutely fantastic job and came in waaaay under estimate. I was in contact with Richard Weeks over the phone and he made the entire process painless and went out of his way to work with all parties involved to make sure it was handled quickly. Our plumber, Kevin Donaldson, who was extremely knowledgeable, was able to fix everything perfectly and for much less than originally thought. Very polite, courteous, and experienced. I honestly could not be happier with the outcome.

Worked with Chris and Josh on my sink issue. Price was decent. They are very professional and nice people to work with. The only downside is they had to cut a piece of my drywall to get to the pipes but couldn't repair that part. Also they dug a couple holes to check my septic system and didn't refill 1 of them. I didn't know until well after, but not really a big deal though. Overall I would recommend using their services.

We had a condensation pump installed for our unit. Walter Lawson was great, he explained the whole process before and while he worked. He even cleaned up after he finished. It was fast install as well.

Antonio came to my home regarding a water leak. He told me American water detection would have to come to my home to find the leak and then he could fix it. I told him it was probably the dish washer because after it drains, that’s when I noticed the floor would be wet. He assured me the floor needed to be drilled up. I’m sure their company gets some kind of kick back since he was so admitted about it! I thought I would get a second opinion and I’m so glad i did. It was the dishwasher!! This man never pulled the dishwasher out nor did he look behind it!! I was charged $85 for him to stand in my kitchen! I was cheated! These people are scammers!! Do not use!!!

Generac generator repair Ronnie came it same day. Very knowledgeable had diagnosed and up and running in no time. Nice vehicle and professional. AUX will be doing my work from now on

Every gentleman I've had here at my house ( HVAC, plumber, electrical whatever you call it) has been top notch, polite, friendly and even dog friendly. The dispatchers are just as sweet and understanding. I love these guys and gals. Quick professional honest workers, thank you Aux!

Walter was very polite and explained everything to me. My system was an old one and leaking Freon. Discussed options with me and had someone come out later to evaluate my needs for new system. I trust and I can always count on Aux for my home service needs.

Kevin did a great job. I just didn’t want to spend that amount of money but it was an emergency and had to be done. But anyway the service and work was top notch. I would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work done
