Scott was great. We were optimistic but the truth is we just needed a HVAC conduit reconnected to a floor vent. About 1 1/2 feet of conduit. Maybe an hour of labor at most. They wanted $500. Scott went back to his manager - they wouldn’t budge. I fixed it for about $75. I had to buy 25’ of conduit to get 2 feet. Small jobs are not their specialty. Again Scott was great.

200% would recommend! When I first called this morning the woman who answered the phone was just an absolute delight to speak to. Someone was able to come out within about 3 hours, and he was informative, polite, and professional. As someone who is horrible at remembering to schedule preventative maintenance, I also appreciate the monthly membership option - it’s not expensive and it seems to have some good savings.

Love that they have a reasonable maintenance plan. 20% off of services with the plan. Got texts and emails to keep me in the loop. Scott was very professional and made sure I understood what he was talking about. Definitely recommend them.

Chris from Brown Heating and Cooling showed up within the ETA I was given, and he was super nice and thorough in explaining what the issue was with my system. He gave me his professional opinion and suggestions, but ultimately asked what I wanted to do, and went with my decision. I think he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my options were, and what outcomes I would be looking at with each option. I think I made the best choice for me right now, but if my system goes out on me again, I will definitely request Chris!

Amazing customer service from the moment I made the call. Very friendly, helpful and professional. This has been the best cooling and heating company we have ever dealt with. We will not go back to anyone else!
Our service technician was able to be there earlier than originally scheduled. He called and texted before arrival. We recieved a text message with his name and picture. Once he arrived he was very respectful and nice. Clean and professional looking. The amount of time it took him to diagnose the problem was exceptional. He didn't try to give some sales pitch, just very matter of fact. Also, the labor and part cost less than we even expected.
I cant sat enough of how impressed we are with Brown's and their whole service staff. My only regret is that we haven't used them sooner.

Scott was very nice and had normal conversation on top of what he was going to be doing. He fixed the problem and even replaced something that accidentally broke. He also told me about the monthly payments I could do for free service and 20% off of everything that could be needed in the future. I definitely recommend him.
