Probably the most ethical HVAC business ever - seriously. They’re knowledgeable and honest, just truly kind people who run a family-owned business and who obviously believe in a fair value for the work they do.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chris and Bubba Prantl. These guys are honest, hardworking and very, very good at their jobs. As a family, we have used them for probably close to 20 years and you should too. They care about their customers and I am grateful they are always willing to help.

Chris Prantl came to my rescue and fixed our outside unit that had consistently been a problem since its installation 8 years ago. Chris took one look and diagnosed a very obvious problem that two "Other" highly prominent service companies in the Birmingham area had either not noticed or had deliberately not fixed. The "New" Fan that had been installed by one company was installed to spin in the WRONG direction! Hence the Three capacitors that we had burned through during the past three years. Chris got my air going and fixed a three year problem in Twenty Minutes. Thank You!
