My home warranty company initially assigned 2 other companies to fix my air conditioning unit. After a frustrating experience with no returned calls and out of service numbers, I was put in contact with Greg at Xpress. He immediately answered my call and offered to come right out to fix my unit as he had a cancellation. He arrived promptly and was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Many thanks to Xpress!
This company is definitely lacking customer service. They were supposed to handle my warranty claim I put in as a priority claim, as I have two small children at home with no AC, in summer in Alabama. Put the claim in on Friday afternoon. Nobody calls or emails on Friday, and Saturday comes. Still nothing from them. Sunday and still nothing. More than 48 hours later and no contact! Not even to call and set up service for Monday. I have them 2 1/2 hours Monday to earn my business and no contact. So I call my warranty company at 10:30 Monday morning, to report this issue and ask them to schedule another company. They did and the other company called me within 30 minutes and were at my house within a few hours. I guess the other company understands the word “priority” and the meaning of customer service.
Really pleased with this company. We've had an issue with one of our AC units this summer and eventually our home warranty company assigned Xpress. Long story short, we have had multiple AC contractors at the house for repeat visits over the past 5 months. None of them actually fixed the problem. Luckily we finally found Greg, our Xpress technician. He was responsive, friendly and very professional. He found several issues with the system that should have been fixed, corrected them, and diagnosed the root issue with a valve that had been malfunctioning. Really a nice guy and obviously an expert in his field. Xpress would be my first call for any future issues.

Same issue with home warranty. After three calls over five days, I had to contact my home warranty group to try and contact the vendor. They also could not contact them, so now they are going with another vendor. Sounds like this isn't a reliable company.
