Derrick Tillison is always so thorough when he is checking out my HVAC. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. After having 1 year of electrical headaches, I took a shot at calling in Aux Home Services to help me out and the nailed it at first attempt getting my issue resolved. The representative on the phone was very straight to the point and professional. She also took the time to listen carefully, the follow up leading to the actual day of service was perfect and not to mention the electrician who was spot on, on time. He also had a pretty cool personality as if we were friends for years. Overall, you guys are the best and thank you so much for coming to my home. I would really really recommend them to anyone and I will surely be using the service very soon again. Thanks a million!

Coming back with parts. After spending an excessive amount of money and still no air we were told we needed a new unit. Left my unit not put back as it was before the technician came.

I had a contract in the past with your company and decided to cancel the contract due to poor service. But, I decided to give you guys another try and I'm thankful I did!!! Derrick Tillson was absolutely amazing. He worked hard to ensure my A/C was back up and running. In addition, he took out time to explain the required maintenance on my end and even gave me hints to remember. For example, he said, every month when you pay your power bill, change out your filter. I thought that is GREAT and I will now remember to change my filters. In fact, I went and bought a pack of 4 so I have no excuses. In addition, he introduced me to the MERV rating and explained the importance of this in relation to the function of my filter! Lastly, I'm a nurse and he said if I didn't change my filters I would burn out the heart to my AC....yep that caught my attention.

Bradley was very knowledgeable about our frozen pipes and plumbing issues. I learned things! He had a great sense of humor as well.

I called several places on a Thursday afternoon and chose Aux because they had a reasonable trip fee and were able to send someone out first thing Friday morning. Derrick was conscientious and polite. My husband came by later and was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, industrious, and thorough Derrick was. I would not hesitate to recommend Aux Home Services to anyone.

The technician they sent was very nice. He was knowledgeable of the plumbing and did a great job.
He found another leak and fixed it as well. Saving me money and time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber.☺️
