Nick with Aux plumbing did a great job on fixing a serious issue with our aging kitchen drain pipes. Nick was on time and very professional and attentive to correcting our problem. He was careful to not make a mess and cleaned up when he finished. I would highly recommend using Nick and Aux plumbing to anyone that is in need of a good plumber.

I’ve been using Aux in the Birmingham area for over 5 years and have only had good experiences all around. Their techs are all top notch and do good work. Some of their top tier equipment and services can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. I’ve gone bargain routes in other situations and have just ended up paying more in the long run anyway. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs heating, AC, or electric.

Had an Aux HVAC tech come out because my system froze up a couple of times. He told me the outside unit and interior coils had to be replaced (well over $10k). Neither are more than 8 years old so called another company to get a second opinion.

The condensate line was clogged and just needed to be blown out, ~$100 including their service fee.

Don’t call Aux unless you want to be ripped off.

We contacted Aux to install a ceiling fan and outlet on our patio. Dispatch, i believe her name was Nicole was nice and kept us updated on when to expect our technician, especially when he was on a previous job longer than expected which allowed us to adjust our plans accordingly. Ronnie was our technician and we were glad to have him. He was very professional and did a great job.

Antonio Hunter did a thorough inspection of our plumbing system. He’s the first representative to ask about a sump pump which we have. He was polite, patient and professional in every way. He was top shelf and provided quality customer service!
