Ayesha Bolton was amazing! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called on a Saturday and was told that no one may get to me but they would try. They exceeded expectations. Micah was pleasant. It costs more than an overnight call for my HVAC but the service was great. I'd definitely use then again. Hopefully no time soon since my home isn't 5 years old yet. Thank you!

These people are awful. I schedule an inspection and they took 2 weeks to come to do a simple pressure test. Payment was due before the test. They went and did so and the leak wasn’t fixed.

They are not solid on their word. They say they are going to come such day but never showed up. That’s very frustrating.
Not recommended!

Technicians are great but the "Aux Always Ready Plan" is of no value. Supposed priority service and 24 hr emergency service meant 2 weeks + a reschedule to have HVAC inspected and estimate done for broken attic fan. $15/month for over year for no benefit. Disappointing.

Recently a tree fell on the power lines attached to my grandmother's house ripping them away from her house and causing some minor damage and power outage. I called AUX Home Services and explained to them what had happened and that my grandmother is on an oxygen machine 24/7 and they were very quick to get someone out there even during very busy times (winter storms). They sent out this gentleman named Ronnie and he was just amazing! He was very friendly and professional and treated my grandmother wonderfully, he truly went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and her power restored.

Toilet replacement! Jonathan was friendly, efficient, and very capable. He took out the old toilet, replaced it with one we had picked out. He took the old toilet away, also the box the new came in. Very tidy, efficient, done in a timely way. We enjoy seeing Jonathan whenever he comes our way!

Aux Home Services did an amazing job!! They came out the next day and Cynthia was so great on keeping me updated on when the technician would arrive. Once onsite, Bruce did an excellent job and was very professional. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Brad was very knowledgeable and professional in guiding us through this plumbing issue.

My wife and I had power go out to a section of our home. Aux got a technician out to us same day, and let us know both when our technician would be available and when he was on his way. Ronnie was friendly and professional, quickly diagnosing our issue. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Called me Monday morning stated that they would have someone come out on that day. Later Monday evening they called stating they would not be able to come out due to tech being stuck at the job they/he were at. I understood that sometimes things take longer than usually so I replied okay. Then was told that the tech would be able to come out on Tuesday morning. I’ve been calling all day on today(Tuesday) asking when would someone be out and neither of the representatives knew. I called once more at about 3 pm and the rep stated that no one would be out on today and it seems that no one would be able to come out until Thursday. Plus who’s to say that they would have came out on Thursday. That’s a time frame of Monday-Thursday that I would have to wait for someone to come and look at my HVAC when from the first call I was told that on Monday they would be able to come out. Don’t waste your time because I’ve definitely wasted mine.
