I’ve known these guys for a long time and I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I just bought a house and a few days after I moved in, all the lights started flickering. They had Chad come out, and he had it diagnosed and explained to me within about an hour. From start to finish the process was easy with great communication throughout. Highly highly recommend!

My old heat pump went out after many years of patching it up and it was time for a replacement. These guys gave me several reasonable options for replacement. They got me scheduled quickly and showed up on time. The technicians were very professional throughout the installation and made sure I was familiar with the new equipment and how it works. I will trust Xcalibur Services with any other repairs that I may need.

In late Sept., I had lights going on and off, same with refrigerators and burning smells. I was scared. I called the fire dept, they came out, did not find the source but suggested turning off the breakers for the garage area, smell seemed strongest there and calling an electrician. My long time electrical/heating/plumbing company could not come out until some random time the next day. I was very fortunate to call XCalibur. Bentley came out around 5 pm. He did a thorough investigation and found huge power surges coming into the house. Turns out a squirrel had chewed through and taken out the neutral line at the power pole to my house. Resulting damage was extensive including several appliances and A/C (one source of the burning smell). Bentley stayed with me until Al Power came out, around 9 pm, and fixed the damage. He made sure someone could come out the next day to fix the A/C, helped to schedule repairs for the other electrical damage. He called to check on me the next day! Issac called on his way to repair the A/C and said, "I heard you had a bad night, can we stop and pick you up a coke or candy bar on the way?" Wow, just wow, they have all been great- Bentley, Roy, Issac, Kaleb, Gary, Chad. Did I mention I had extensive damage?! Polite, punctual, efficient, kind. I could not have asked for anything better. Needless to stay I switched companies and have not been disappointed.

Very deceptive radio ads... There is no such thing as "beer can cold" method he claims people use without checking levels, because you need gauges hooked up to even charge a unit...
