I had breakers replaced. It would be 5 stars except that the door to the breaker box no longer closes and the door catches and scrapes the box if you try to open it all the way.

The technician, Chad, was incredibly knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with having him in my home. He removed our old attic fan and installed a new one within just two hours. He also took a look at our electrical system and recommended some repairs and changes, without any sort of high pressure sales tactics, he was just honest and straightforward. We decided to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan, because we are definitely going to be using Xcaliber again in the near future, and the savings the plan includes are well worth the membership fee. Their pricing is very fair and comes with a better warranty than most companies I have worked with. I highly recommend these guys, and Chad!!

We needed the A/C unit checked because it was blowing warm air. I found Xcalibur Service on Thumbtack and scheduled an appointment. David Driscoll came out Saturday, checked the unit and gave me the not so good news and the bad. Quotes to replace the entire system (heating unit too) were drafted and sent to me the same afternoon. On Monday evening a decision was made to have Xcalibur install a new heating/air unit as soon as today (Tuesday)! Michael arrived several minutes ahead of time. He explained what he needed to do and also mentioned a teammate (Josh) would be arriving later. As far as I can tell the removal and installation went very well. Michael went over everything with me at the end to include explaining the "1yr. Comfort Club". Michael, Josh and David were all very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their service as well as Xcalicur' overall service. I really appreciated the fact I was notified in advance who would was responding to provide service. We will use them again very soon. I will definitely recommend their service to friends in Jefferson and Shelby County.
