Back during the hottest part of the summer our AC went out. Xcalibur sent Isaac out to assess the situation and he ended having to replace a hard to find part due to the age of our system. We knew our system was old and would need to be replaced soon but at that time we weren't ready to do so. We bought the Comfort Care plan during Isaac's visit because we knew we might be having more issues with the system. Jump forward to the end of September and the air unit went out again. This time David came to check it out and was able to get the air running very quickly (it was a quick fix). Since he was already here he offered to do our fall safety check that is a part of the Comfort Care plan. We are so thankful he did because he discovered a crack in our heat register that would have led to carbon monoxide poisoning if we were to run the heat. David suggested having a second tech come out and look at it to verify the extent of the crack. Chris came out to verify and found that while the crack was not an immediate hazard it could quickly become one if we ran the heat for an extended period of time. After discussing our options we decided to go ahead and upgrade our unit. That is when we got to meet Blake, Josh and Kaleb. These young men called to let us know when they would arrive, asked if they could bring us a coffee, drink or snack as they were stopping at a gas station on their way to our house, and took the time to explain their work plan to us and then set to work removing our old system and installing the new one. They were extremely polite, professional and treated our home with the utmost respect by wearing coverings over their shoes inside our house and cleaning up every bit of debris (inside and outside) from their work. Blake and Josh came back two days after the install to clean our duct work and Blake did some additional checks on our system to make sure it was functioning properly and to see if we had any additional questions about the system. We are so happy with the service we received from Xcalibur - from the ladies who answered the phone each time we called to the men who came to our house. We are extremely glad we bought the Comfort Care plan also. Knowing we can call on Xcalibur for our HVAC and other home maintenance needs is indeed a huge comfort to us!

I discovered Xcaliber heating and cooling services a few months back and I can’t express how pleased I have been over the last year with their service .

We got to experience Isaac their service technician on September 18 and he could not have been any nicer especially working on a Sunday to make sure all of our cooling needs were met and everything was working properly.

Toilet shut off valve replaced with connecting plumbing installed. Plumbing checked for additional leaks not found. Water restored to the house. Both technicians were competent, professional, polite and respectful. They were in and out with water restored in a very short time. I very much appreciated their coming the same day as the leak occurred. Thank you so very much!

Called at 5pm on a Friday afternoon for help with a broken A/C system. They had a serviceman (David) come out that evening who quickly diagnosed the issue and got a fix in place. Was expecting to spend a hot weekend waiting for an appointment, so this was a great relief. Got a text just prior to his arrival and he was fast, knowledgeable and resourceful in coming up with an inventive solution to our issue. Highly recommend these folks and will be signing up for one of their maintenance plans. If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy team, go with Excalibur.
