I saw an offer for a system maintenance on Xcalibur's social media page from Ben & submitted my information for the offer. They promptly called me the next day, the lady was super nice, scheduled a time that worked best for me, and provided the expectations for the tech to come out and provide an AC Tune up.

Kaleb called and texted 35 minutes before he arrived. He arrived on time, put on his booties before entering my home, then proceeded to outline the expectations of what he needed to do.

He finished up his evaluation & tune up with a few minor parts that needed to be fixed in my duct system and complimented me for replacing my air filter.

I will schedule the duct repair soon in the future and I signed up for their maintenance program because it was a no brainer.

Xcalibur did a fantastic job at clearing out my sewer pipe and running a camera through the system to locate roots that had grown through my pipes. They offered multiple solutions at a great price, I will always call Xcalibur!
