Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Xcalibur. Issac my technician was very professional and friendly.After looking over my AC unit, he explained the situation and we discussed what my options were. Ben and his staff couldn't have been any nicer as they were able to take care of me the same day. Hats off to the rest of the technicians that assisted in installing my new unit.

Isaac evaluates our system in short order and was able diagnose the fault with clear precision. He was able to make the repair and get us back in working order in no time. Isaac was punctual, very polite and very professional. He answered all my questions and helped me to further understand my system. As a home inspector I run a professional business and I can honestly say that Isaac set a standard of excellence that should be a benchmark of service. I know who I’ll be calling should I have any HVAC needs in the future.

After going through numerous companies our warranty company sent us to, we were tired of having our money taken and nothing getting fixed. I called Ben at Xcalibur Services. Isaac came and looked at our AC to diagnose all the issues. He was knowledgeable and honest. Xcalibur replaced our torn up AC the very next morning. I am so thankful I called them instead of tirelessly going through other people who are lazy and unresponsive. The vast majority of people these days do not care about you and do not want to work. This company helped restore my faith in repairmen. Me and my family are no longer hot and miserable. I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help and a solution!!

With 1 plumber it's difficult to keep appointments. I had to wait 5 days to get an appointment and then, at 3pm the day before my 8-10am appointment I am told an emergency came up with a preferred customer (Comfort Care Member) and they were letting me know that after he assessed the emergency they'd determine if they could come at all on my appointment day. FFWD day of - I had to call to get an update, when I was told they would call me first thing- and she called the 'expert' to see what the assessment was - and yes, they will be able to see you today. But wait - it gets better.... less than 30 minutes later, another call - oh, the emergency call will take all day and we can reschedule you for NEXT MONDAY!
All the words on the ads are just that - words. How about keeping your commitments - tell it like it is: we have one plumber and we don't manage our committed appointments well. Promote your lies on other radio stations - and invest your advertising budget on hiring more people to do the work your advertising is bringing in. I will NOT recommend anyone do business with thus company if this is how just TRYING to do business with them is. Good riddance.

Super glad I called Xcalibur! Called them at the end of the day and they responded quickly and better yet, the technician had our AC back in full force within an hour of his arrival!! Price was very reasonable! My husband and I are extremely satisfied customers!!

The entire experience was impressive from my air going out and the same evening an appointment set for the next morning. Issac explained what the process was then detailed options for the fix.

The technician and people were great, but the product is terrible for the value.

I was charged almost $4000 just to change out a compressor on the air conditioner. Not the entire coil and compressor, just the sealed compressor unit. They did not change it out for the exact model either. The replacement compressor is much louder than the original one. Horribly louder to the extent the neighbors have noticed. I am almost convinced there is something wrong with it.
I looked up the original model and it is available for $449 online. I don't know why they could not replace it with the existing model. Maybe if they focused on fixing what was wrong instead of trying to upsale me on a whole home unit, they could have procured the proper replacement.
