The tech was awesome and greatly appreciated! She figured out what the problem was right away and had it fixed in no time! She even showed me some regular maintenance I could do to keep the unit running more efficiently.

This was a great experience. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was professional and friendly. I got a complete replacement and they walked me through it every step of the way. No one complained about how hot it was as they worked diligently to get me squared away. And it was hot! I appreciate everything. I highly recommend for all your maintenance services and needs.

Used them to install a ventilation fan in our bathroom, Tony was perfect! He had the job done in no time and everything was done with care and professionalism. He gave us a thorough safety check of all our electrical system and alerted us to a few issues we weren't aware of. We will be calling soon to get those issues resolved. 10/10, this company is awesome!

Extremely responsive and professional. Diagnosed a dangerous situation and got the power company out right away. Found a few other issues and explained them clearly. Reviewed repair and costs up front. Roy and Gary were diligent, thorough and professional.
They were respectful of our home. They communicated their progress and how the repairs were going. Reviewed all the work they had completed.
We plan to have them back to do some other projects for us.
It was clear that Roy and Gary take pride in their work and that our satisfaction was a top priority.

Isaac came out and repaired my AC ducts. He was very nice and professional, and very transparent with the work he would perform and showed me photos of the areas that needed repairs. I signed up for the Comfort Club, which is their annual membership. I saw a lot of value in that service and it gives me peace of mind knowing I've found a company that services electrical/HVAC/furnace/plumbing all in one. Highly recommend Xcalibur Services.

Xcalibur provided an excellent seamless and comfortable experience. From setting up the appointment, an expert showed up a couple hours later. That expert was Issac, he was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had while providing helpful recommendations. He was able to complete a thorough inspection with a swift resolution. In summary, my unit wasn’t working and after about an hour of his efforts it worked !

We had a plumbing leak one of our rental houses while we were out of town on vacation. Called Xcalibur and they were out within an hour! Doug tried his best to patch the pipe and water heater that i had already patched several times over the last twenty years. Unfortunately, it was too far gone and had to be replaced. It was more than i was hoping to pay, but it always is, and it let me enjoy my vacation. He didn’t even charge me for the two hours he spent trying to patch it either! Ill be using them again for sure. Hard to find honest service people these days. I’m gonna check the age of my other water heaters like Doug suggested and try to get them replaced Before this happens again. Thanks again for saving my day!

Great professional experience.
Justin did a great job at making sure that i understood everything he was doing, he also cleaned up the stains on my ceiling that someone from another company left. I highly recommend Xcalibur for your in home repair and installation needs.

First company in many years I would recommend to a friend. They sent out a plumber and electrical technician who were professional, polite, explained what they would do and why, the estimated cost, and then performed the work without any games. WILL use again. I never feel good about spending money on repairs, but I did today.

Absolutely Amazing and Fantastic service from Hello through Job complete. Service technician (she was awesome!)Even called & asked if I would like a cold drink since it was so hot! Great response time- 1 hour and 15 mins approximately. Condenser was replaced.They are honest and professional.
