Tony W. Was the name of my service provider. He was polite, explained what he was doing. What he felt the problem was and what costs were to be incurred. He was extremely nice and I would not hesitate to call again if I had electrical issues.

Our electrician Chad was knowledgeable and professional. Very patient in answering any questions we had and did a great job in helping us understand the root cause of our issue. We appreciated the sense of urgency that Xcalibur operated with.

While I appreciate your commitment to accuracy and quality service I would like to remind you that criticizing others in the business makes you look small and petty. Let your work speak for itself and the "beer can cold" guys will eventually fade away anyhow. I thank you for the services you provide to the communities and your service to our great nation.
