My best experience by far! I called Woodall about my a/c that had stop working correctly. The young lady in the office was kind and professional, and made scheduling the service call as easy as can be. The technician (Ryan) showed up on time, ready to work! Very professional, very friendly. Incredibly knowledgeable of the unit I have, very quickly got to the root cause of the issue, and even explained everything to me in a way I could understand. It was honestly so refreshing to experience that kind of customer service, especially on a Friday afternoon when I’m sure he was ready to start his weekend. Non-repairable leak at compressor. Woodall service dept. gave estimate and ordered replacement. Scheduled replacement 3 days later. Svc technician Michael did a very good job replacing the compressor and charging system with R401A freon. Miichael was professional and thorough in his work. Very good experience.

AC was not working. Thank goodness it was just tripped breaker. It was after hours and the nice young man came over and checked it out and found tripped breaker. Very nice staff and we didn't have to wait to long. So far so good and will use them in the future!!
